Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Casa bellissima immersa nel verde e nella natura. Molto pulita con tantissimi bagni e letti. Ci è dispiaciuto solo che la piscina fosse svuotata ma capiamo che ad aprile le giornate non siano ancora sempre calde. Consigliatissima in mesi più caldi per passare più tempo all'esterno. Giardino e piscina sembrano molto più grandi che in foto e non sopraelevate su una piccola salitina fuori dal patio esterno principale. Le proprietarie sono gentilissime e si sono anche offerte di portare una nostra amica alla stazione di Perugia, apprezzatissimo! Sono state anche molto flessibili sull'orario di check in e ci hanno accolto di persona :) Grazie ancora!

L’alloggio è immerso nel paesaggio umbro e in un bellissimo contesto privato. La casa è perfettamente pulita e dotata di molti comfort e spazi ben curati all’interno e all’esterno. L’host Enrico è stato sempre molto disponibile e in caso di bisogno risponde in modo tempestivo. Ottima posizione e punto di partenza per visitare le principali città dell’Umbria. Ideale per una vacanze serena e tranquilla!

Suite ideale per chi vuole fare una fuga dalla città e immergersi nel verde delle Marche. Il design della struttura è curato e adatto ad ogni confort. La piscina centrale è il punto forte della casa, la vista sulle colline è il fiore all'occhiello.

Manuela’s apartment was amazing. Lots of space. As like many others have previously mentioned the outdoor patio was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours in the afternoons out there on the comfy chaise loungers sitting in the sun and then watching the sunsets. Manuela met us and personally took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. She was flexible in the check in and out. Manuela left us a beautiful bottle of wine and chips, which was very much appreciated. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Parking was close by. Spello is an amazing town to visit and surrounding villages as well.
