It takes 15 min to the city center. Shopping center also about 100 m from the apartment. Close to the lake, approx. 150 m. Brand new amazing beach, large harbor with restaurant in the area. Great hiking trail right outside, which runs along the Trondheim Fjord. Garage space with electric charger. You can't get more central to most things.
