In this place, your family or friends can stay close to everything, the location is central. Easy public transport. Bus about 100 m from the apartment that runs several times an hour. It takes 15 min to the city center. Shopping center also about 100 m from the apartment. Close to the lake, approx. 150 m. Brand new amazing beach, large harbor with restaurant in the area. Great hiking trail right outside, which runs along the Trondheim Fjord. Garage space with electric charger. You can't get more central to most things.

Welcome to a charming and spacious 3-room corner apartment in a quiet area of Ranheim – only about 10 minutes from Trondheim city center. From the living room, you have direct access to a large, sunny balcony overlooking Trondheimsfjorden. Some furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the apartment is fully furnished. The location is ideal, with a short distance to grocery stores, as well as good public transport connections to Trondheim city center. A perfect place for both short and longer stays.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet is located at Brøttem Gård in Klæbu, Trondheim Municipality. The location is rural (by Selbusjøen and Brungmarka) and excellent for day trips in the countryside both on foot and on skis. Jetty is available at Selbusjøen in summer. From here you can paddle in a kayak/canoe or row a trip. The farm is close to Gjenvollhytta and Langmyra ski resort if you want to go skiing on groomed slopes. Day trips to Kråkfjellet and Rensfjellet are possible. Vassfjellet is 10 min away and only 30 min to Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
