The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, dishwasher, microwave, air heat pump, wood sauna, shower, indoor toilet and washing machine. From the sauna you can jump into the lake, whose sandy bottom deepens gently. Good road to the house and good opportunities for outdoor activities, mushroom picking and berry picking in the environment. One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
