The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Casa Nuova / Anne & Pino's Farmhouse

Casa Nuova is the largest apartment in our newly restored countryside farmhouse, set in the rolling hills at the feet of Mt. Subasio, only a 10 minute drive from Assisi's town center yet completely immersed in Nature! With 360 degree views, located in a Regional Natural Park, the apartment has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated with local art and furniture, fully equipped for long stays and with large, comfortable quiet rooms for our guest's peaceful stay!

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
