The villa is located on a cliff with a beautiful view of the sea and the Buda estuary. The beach is 5 minutes by car. Even closer are shops, pharmacy, market with products and goods for the sea. The entire area adjacent to the house (20 acres) is available to you: barbecue, football and basketball court, tennis table under the canopy. There is a parking space (up to 6 cars). The house has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a folding sofa and armchairs.

A room is furnished with two single beds draped in light blue blankets. A colorful rug covers the wooden floor, and patterned curtains adorn a window, allowing natural light to filter through. A vintage chandelier hangs from the ceiling.
