A colorful, non-smoking apartment, renovated in 2021, awaits with a separate Entrance on you. The apartment is quiet, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). You can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people, there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You also use a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a hallway and a storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Lovely apartment with good connections to the city and Ammerland

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. We look forward to seeing you!

Please note the current coronavirus situation A house from 1898 full of memories and history of a family. Here you can find heirlooms and favorite pieces, old and new things combined with each other. In two apartments, new building elements are processed next to extra old house parts. Lots of wood and old furniture in the Nordic style radiate warmth, tranquility, time and soul as well as a lot of personality and make the entire house cozy and comfortable ... just very "mooi"!

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).
