First of all, If you are looking for an escape away from huzz and buzz of the city, just book this place. Privately located matching every description to the point with stunning bhimashankar hills standing tall with all its charm. On a rainy day, you will see hundreds of waterfalls, clouds literally bowing down to you at the gazebo on the second floor. Pool was pristine clear and literally we were there the whole day. Badminton, Cards, Cricket name it and you have it. Huge shoutout to sonali & shankar for being such beautiful hosts from the moment of booking to check out who hav handpicked every single furnitures to elevate the plushness of the property. Vivek & Tanaji, the caretakers were more like family members who even kept an eye for our group of kids around, always available at call. Stunning food they served was mind-blowing and suggestions of quantity were precise. Worth every penny to enjoy with your gang or to unwind yourself. Highly recommend the property for its charm.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for two days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful surroundings and the cleanliness of the property. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. The outdoor area was a highlight – a lovely garden and a stunning view of mountains that made every morning feel special. Everything we needed was provided, including a kitchen, clean linens. Although host was not available in person but he was available all the time over phone call The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They have inhouse cook. Foods were Ok but need some more items to be included in menu. Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or just enjoy a break from the everyday hustle, this villa is the perfect place. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to come back again! Thanks

I recently had the privilege of staying at this rustic villa atop a hill and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa's stunning location, surrounded by lush greenery and majestic hill ranges, offered a tranquil escape from the chaos of city life. The villa itself has a multiple artifacts and a great collection of books for you to relax and unwind. But what truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality of the caretaker, Tatya,who ensured that our every need was taken care of, from delicious meals to impeccable service. The surroundings were nothing short of magical – serene, quiet, and teeming with nature's beauty. We could see small waterfalls from in the surrounding hills. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat that's steeped in history and surrounded by natural splendor, look no further than this enchanting villa I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to disconnect from world and unwind.

Phoenix Stays is a great property to stay with family and friends. I have booked this property for my mother and her friends. The staff was very helpful . The host Rohan was himself was present over there and took extremely good care of the guest. The property is exactly same as shown in photos. I would recommend this property if you want to have a comfortable stay with friends and family.

Clearly a lot of love and care and balanced creativity went into creating this home. The way the house is designed is both stunning and warm at the same time. The interiors, right from the furniture to lighting to toiletries used are top notch! Parth was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. He made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease throughout our time there. He went out of his way to adjust our food requests also which was exceptionally sweet of him! The stay is a killer deal at this price, got 4 bedrooms enough for 12 people to stay, a nice view, a TT table and other sports facilities, projector and many more, the food was in house and was good too. The caretakers are friendly and responsive. Only thing lacking are better washroom and toilets. Rest assured was good
