The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open living room. Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessable to guests.
