5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. The view of the forests and the plain was fantastic. If you are looking for a few days of rest and want to explore the Maremma, you are in very good hands here in Buriano. As I fell asleep, I could hear the tawny owl. In the neighboring village of Vetulonia, there is a small but fantastic restaurant.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

They were super relaxing days in this beautiful home of Catia. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The two hosts Catia and Antonio are also very nice and helpful. They greeted us very kindly and we felt right at home. Thank you very much!

Such an amazing location overlooking the beautiful Tuscany countryside. Only a short drive to Siena and within an hour of many other Tuscany towns. The villa was extremely well appointed with a welcome pack along with coffee pods which were available for refill during our week stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is located in an enchanting place! The scenery is breathtaking. The kitchen is well-equipped, we cooked good food. The sunsets are beautiful and the pool is very convenient for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. A special thank you to Deb, the neighbor who welcomed us and guided us throughout our stay. Thanks to her recommendations, we discovered a vineyard: Ciarliana, where Sara gave us a tasting that exceeded our expectations. We are totally in love with Tuscany!

Wonderful b/b nestled in the Sienese hills. The apartment for 4 people was clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. The outdoor area is enchanting: vines, wonderful plants and a well-kept garden. The infinity pool - with a view - is definitely the highlight: the view is truly priceless. The host was courteous and helpful even in the face of some inconvenience that occurred during the stay. The only negative notes: check-in not easy. Upon our arrival, the key inserted in the key box was that of the studio and not of our apartment. Therefore, we had to contact the manager and wait for the arrival - after about 15 minutes - of the maid who provided us with the correct. The apartment was clean except for the presence, near the sink, of many dead ants. The sink was clogged, so we reported it to the maid, who intervened to unblock it. Overall, however, a really nice place that deserves a visit.

Beautiful place, near a river. Very quiet. Surrounded by nature. The apartment included all the necessary kitchen utensils and was comfortable. Lorenzo was very nice and answered quickly.

If you are looking for a calm space in the middle of the nature this place is the perfect one for you!! We’ve enjoyed every second of it, it was exactly how it looked like on the photos and Pino is the perfect host :) we would definitely come again!!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
