Appartement de 55 m2, électroménager, au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison adossée à la colline, en contrebas de la route. L'accès se fait par un escallier de 80 marches. Sans vis à vis, jardin, piscine, barbecue, vue panoramique sur la grande bleue, les iles du Levant et de Port Cros. Endroit très calme situé entre le Lavandou et Cavalaire, plages et commerces à proximité. La piscine non privative est à partager avec les propriétaires. Les enfants de moins de 12 ans ne sont pas acceptés.

You will be our only guest! You can rent either our luxurious 33 m2 (353 sq2) studio, equipped for two or this studio plus an extra room, for four (60 m2- 642 sq2 total). The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!
