Villa Casa Rosa is located on the private, family and wooded land of Roches Blanches, 150 meters walk from Canadel beach - access by private stairs in the lower part of the grounds. The house is facing south facing overlooking the sea and the Golden Islands view. The kitchen is open on the living room which itself overlooks a south facing covered terrace. The villa can accommodate 6 to 8 people depending on the season. Rentals are by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

You will be our only guest! You can rent either our luxurious 33 m2 (353 sq2) studio, equipped for two or this studio plus an extra room, for four (60 m2- 642 sq2 total). The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!

A few steps from the Rayol beach, the residence Le Nonchaloir is nestled in a palm grove of 4,000 m2. The apartment, completely renovated, consists of a large living /dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 shower rooms including a master suite and a separate toilet. The outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and the palm grove. The beach can be reached on foot which makes this residence an ideal location for families of 4 or 5 people with young children.

Apartment of 60 m2, appliances, on the ground floor of a house leaning against the hill, below the road. Access is via an 80-step escalator. Not overlooked, garden, swimming pool, barbecue, panoramic view of the great blue, the islands of the Levant and Port Cros. Very quiet place located between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire, nearby beaches and shops. The non-private pool is shared with the owners. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.
