Guests have free use of a pool with mineral water , a sauna, a gym, a ski locker, free parking and a children's corner. A modern and luxurious 2-bedroom apartment only a 5-minute walk from the ski lift. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it offers groups of up to 5 people the ideal winter holiday escape. The space offers a large lounge with a fireplace for a great warm finish to your skiing day. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge, a high spec bathroom with a rain shower and a balcony to enjoy the morning sun and a view of the Pirin mountain.

The building also faces a courtyard and you won't hear any car sounds at night :) There is an elevator.

A lovely, thoughtful, fully equipped and clean house surrounded by nature in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Everything about it was beautiful and tidy! The host greeted us at the house he had made sure to warm up! The welcome was friendly, full of kindness and a smile! We had a great time, we felt right at home! It's really worth it and we'd love to go again! We will also recommend it to our friends too!

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location was great as well - just short walking distance to the city center and other attractions & restaurants. Katya (the host) was very responsive and thoughtful ensuring that all amenities were in place. The apartment is fully equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of parking lots for safe parking. Thanks for welcoming me in your place!
