We are in a small hamlet, secluded & quiet, typical & full of charm ^^ (pedestrian streets in front of the apartment) Cozy apartment, equipped kitchen, pretty bathroom, cozy living room and wooden terrace. _WIFI_ 1 double bed on the mezzanine and 1 sofa bed, very good mattress for 2 people, in the living room. In this old farmhouse, you will appreciate the independence of this south-facing vaulted cottage with its garden terrace and unobstructed view. Named Camp de Base because of its location close to beautiful mountain bike hiking trails. It allows you to make beautiful more or less technical outings between lake and mountain, from the Aiguilles de Chabrières to Mont Guillaume via Lake SP or in stages on the Ecrins... The possibilities are many. We provide maps to help you prepare for your outings and we will be happy to advise you. The cottage adjoining our house is friendly ;-)

Ideal for 2 couples 4 children (2 adult rooms and 1 room 4 children) or 6 adults. At the gates of the national park of the boxes (200m). Numerous hiking and mountain biking from the chalet. In winter ski touring, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing from the chalet. Ski resort of Réallon 20 minutes by car. The hamlet of Les Gourniers is located at the bottom of a valley. Plan to shop before you arrive. Shops are 25 minutes away.

This accommodation in the heart of the Queyras Regional Park is located in the center of the village of Molines. it offers easy access to all sites (ski resort shuttle stop 50 m away) and shops: bakery, butcher and osteopathy office at the foot of the building, restaurant and tourist office 50 m away and finally convenience store 100 m away. Queyras is a beautiful wild and preserved region that is home to rich fauna and flora.
