Leafy New Walk & Museum Views! Parking, AC + Gym!

EveRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Tim is a helpful host, who helped with a couple of things and was really knowledgeable. The apartment is well equipped as per the description. It has a lovely aspect with big windows and trees outside onto New Walk. The parking is a convenient 200m away, but easily walkable into city centre. Building was quiet and well maintained. Love the phone chargers, electric blinds, speaker etc. for ease to use and everything labelled with easy instructions. Great quality air conditioner in the living space and fan in the bedroom were much appreciated on the hot days! Definitely recommend if you need to stay in the area.

Old Stable Courtyard Room

JoRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Sue’s beautiful stable was full of charm and character and in such a beautiful setting, perfectly located for the course I was attending at Horses Inside Out. Sue was very understanding when I accidentally damaged her cooking appliances and it was lovely to see her beautiful birds (a peacock and quails) in her stunning courtyard garden. It was a very sunny day when I visited and the stable remained a perfect temperature. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows!

Guest Suite in Kirby Bellars

TrevorRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Mick & Jo were consumate hosts who stopped at nothing to ensure our time at their place was comfortable, private, enjoyable and met all our needs. They had researched everything for us from where to eat to interesting place to go and things to see and do if we wanted. They were so friendly and warm and yet they gave us plenty of freedom and privacy. Their gardens were lovely and peaceful with plenty to walk around and see. Perfect for sitting and watching the sunset in an evening with a lovely glass of wine or enjoying the morning sun in private with a lovely cup of coffee. We would highly recommend them and their beautiful place which Mick built to such a high standard.

Beautiful Stable Cottage with log burner

JamesRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely airbnb in Old Dalby. I had limited phone signal when I arrived so be sure to check the check-in details ahead of time. But easy enough to check in once I had this sorted. Pritesh had great communication and was friendly but gave us our own space and wasn't intrusive at all. Airbnb was extremely tidy and clean when we arrived, and there was a welcome message on the chalkboard in the kitchen for us which was a nice touch. Comfy bed and we slept well. Internet wasn't the fastest but was fine for personal use, maybe not if you were working online or doing video calls/streaming. Old Dalby village charmed us, and we enjoyed a lovely walk to Old Dalby wood to the south. Unfortunately I managed to forget my bluetooth headphones when we left, but Pritesh was happy to post them back to me. An excellent host and great airbnb. We will be back if we're in the area again!

Cosy Cottage

HelainaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We loved the Cosy Cottage. It was quaint. The instructions were easy to follow. Lucy answered my questions promptly and was only too willing to help with whatever we needed. The cottage was centrally located for easy access to restaurants, pubs and bus routes. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

En-Suite Hidden Gem Close To Universities

ThomasRating, 5 stars1 month ago
John’s place is great! It is a hidden gem right in the middle of Leicester and is a short walking distance from the city centre and King Power Stadium. John is a really cool guy with great chat and makes you feel extremely welcome and comfortable, as if he is a mate you haven’t seen in a long time. The space itself is awesome for a solo traveller with a super comfortable bed and bedding, as well as a rack to hang jackets and hats. A cool feature is that the bed folds up and the step ladder also doubles as a bookshelf. The bathroom was immaculate and you can get a cool view of the rooftops as you shower. You feel like a king in the top of his castle. There are awesome local restaurants and bars within walking distance if you are after a quick bit to eat and some music. Great stay and would love to come back on my next international trip for a Leicester City game! 100/10

Peaceful, relaxing space!

Susan MelanieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Elaine was very friendly and welcoming without being intrusive and her house is spotless. We were very happy that we chose to stay with her. I particularly appreciated Elaine's flexibility with checking in and out times. We were in Melton Mowbray for a wedding and Elaine graciously worked around our timetable
