Boa Viagem, offers all the commerce, fun and utilities necessary for the tourist in the surroundings of their own block. Very beautiful and well equipped, it is air-conditioned, safe and quiet. The building has 6 parking spaces in a rotating parking system.

IMPORTANT: Located by the sea, in an old and simple building, iconic, landmark of modern Pernambuco architecture. The building's water comes from an artesian well, and may have a yellowish color. Comfortable, decorated and equipped microloft, ideal for couples. It has a compact kitchen, with a microwave, coffee makers, electric griddle and refrigerator. TV (no streaming). The building has no parking and no place to store luggage. I recommend the Recife and Riomar malls with free locks.

We have absolutely all kinds of commerce and services you can imagine, on the block, all 4 min. foot. On our sidewalk we have 2 renowned Bar restaurants and 1 cafeteria Bike Itaú, beautiful square with playground for children and pets. There is NO garage, but all the streets here are free and safe, with traffic and security cameras
