The flat has been decorated and equipped so that you have everything you need at all times, whether at rest or in the tanning. Also enjoy the rooftop (common area) overlooking the sea, which has a beautiful swimming pool, barbecue, tables, chairs, loungers and sauna.

On our sidewalk we have 2 renowned Bar restaurants and 1 cafeteria Bike Itaú, beautiful square with playground for children and pets. There is NO garage, but all the streets here are free and safe, with traffic and security cameras
