Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

1 bedroom apartment, fully furnished with everything you need for an excellent stay, terrace on the 19th floor with a beautiful view of the Andes mountain and the city. The location is ideal for discovering Santiago on foot, close to two main tourist attractions and the metro station (Bellas Artes), Parque Florestal, Cerros San Cristóbal and Santa Lucia, Plaza de Armas, Patio Bellavista and Lastarria, restaurants and cafes. It is located 3 blocks from the subway, with all the amenities required for a good stay. It is not a place with a bohemian lifestyle, so resting is pleasant. It has a natural environment with plants and beautiful original works of art, and fiber optic internet, special for working. Entering the number of guests (1 or 2) is verified at reception.

Renovated, Central, Design & Beautiful City View

We own this centrally located one-bedroom apartment in a safe, modern doorman building. After falling in love with its prime location and high-floor view, we purchased and meticulously renovated the unit. The apartment is in the heart of the hip Bellas Artes district, just a block and a half from the Bellas Artes metro station. Adjacent to the building are a supermarket and a nice café. Within a short walk, you'll find great restaurants, shopping, and Santiago's top tourist attractions.

Lindo departamento ubicado en el Barrio Bellavista, a media cuadra del centro gastronómico Patio Bellavista. A pasos del centro bohemio por excelencia de Santiago. Está ubicado a 8 minutos caminando de la estación de Metro, a 6 minutos de la Chascona y 7 minutos de la entrada del cerro San Cristóbal. El departamento tiene vista despejada hacia la cordillera que le permitirá apreciar Santiago desde arriba. Es el barrio más bohemio de Santiago por lo que es más ruidoso de lo habitual.

Luminoso departamento, bien equipado con piso flotante en living y dormitorio. El dormitorio tiene cama Box Spring de 2 plazas, impecables sabanas, tiene un Smart Tv led cuenta con Netflix , internet via wifi. La cocina cuenta con refrigerador, horno eléctrico, microondas, tostador, ollas y utensilios de cocina para cocinar. Tiene loza y cuchillería completa. Si esta mas de 6 noches dejo sabanas de recambio. El balcón cuenta con una terraza con mesa y 2 sillas.

Big Loft 70 mts 2 , mid century modern style , completely renovated, thermopanel windows, great location of a bohemian neighborhood, walking distance to downtown ,near subway . We respect diversity . Best restaurants and also an active night life .This is a bohemian neighborhood, but the building is very safe , so ,this is what we want, respectful people that respect the norms. Visitors are not allowed, the loft is exclusively for the guests.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva! Daniela fue muy atenta desde la primera comunicacion y nos ofrecio recomendaciones muy utiles. El balcon tiene una vista espectacular de 180 grados a todo el oeste de la ciudad incluidos cerros alrededor. De dia y de noche es alucinante! El coste de esto es un poco de ruido pero para nosotros valio la pena. La zona es muy centrica cerca de todo: mall Viva para hacer compras, supermercado a dos calles, mercado central para pescados, y a 10min de plaza de armas. Un aspecto negativo de esto es que hay personas en situacion de calle (homeless) cerca del depto. Pero no fueron agresivas ni nos sentimos en peligro en ningún momento. El depto es comodo, la cama tiene un muy buen colchon y la cocina todo lo necesario. Lo unico negativo el sofa no es tan comodo como la cama para dormir. Hay conserje en la recepcion del edificio 24h. Los vecinos fueron muy amables tambien. En síntesis, muy buena experiencia, muchas gracias Daniela!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.
