Amazing villa, my family and i really enjoyed our stay

We spent our Eid holiday at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa and had a fantastic experience! The place is very clean, cozy, spacious, and all on one level — perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The sea view is extraordinary, and enjoying sunrise and sunset from the roof was a highlight. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. The pool is right in front of the villa, and Mesca Beach is just a short walk away. The hosts are very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Clear instructions and flexible check-in/out made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I will book the property again, as the price of the property is reasonable for a big group of 14 people, but I felt that there was some misinformation in the marketing. Good points: Nayah's team is responsive and goes out of their way to make it enjoyable for you. They were cooperative as our bus driver did not arrive on time to let us stay at the property, and I tipped the Manager handsomely. The property is well looked after and very spacious, with 6 bedrooms, sleeping space for 14, and en-suites to all bedrooms. I paid the cleaning fee and more for the cleanliness of what I was asked for. Bad points: The whole club has failed, and the main swimming pool is off and does not work, so do not dream of swimming in the big pool in the pictures. I felt the manager tried hard to get more money out of me, which I felt was unhelpful.

Just wrapped up an amazing stay at Florianina Airbnb in El Gouna! Absolutely loved the house — it had everything we needed, from towels to cookware. Super clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Special shoutout to Markus who checked us in — super friendly and helpful, even checked in mid-stay to see if we needed anything. That extra care really made a difference. Also appreciated the thoughtful touches like leaving some essentials (water, oil, sugar, tea, coffee). Communication before booking was spot on and smooth from the start. Highly recommend this place — definitely coming back!

Great Location, Easy check in , responsive staff , Clean villa upon arrival.

We had a wonderful holiday in Las Cabanas. The owner Mo was very responsive to our requests, responding to questions immediately. On this occasion, I congratulate him on his promptness and concern for the client. The cleanliness in the villa was ok, which is good for Egypt. The villa is equipped with almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the complex there is a restaurant and a shop where you can make your daily shopping. In the area of the villa you can make quiet scubadiving, admiring the fabulous flora and fauna of the Red Sea, without any eminent danger (sharks) because there are some large alveoli in time in the reef, away from the area that delimits the edge of the reef and the sea. I could suggest (if possible) that at longer periods of accommodation (2 weeks) it should be ensured at least once the change of towels, linens and general cleaning by the staff of the complex. Everything was great: sun, sea and beach!

Great place with a high standard. Amine (the owner) and also Yulia from Stayr are very helpful and especially Yulia super fast in getting things done. The villa is a very high standard with great finishing. Just the additionally available Golf cart is too expensive and if there is a scratch gets costly and not easily solved.

The villa is just as you can see in the photos, large, spacious and with all kinds of amenities. It has a very large garden and a wonderful pool, perfect for sharing with friends. The rooms are spacious and there are quite a few bathrooms in the house, which is very comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful at all times, making everything we asked for briefly. We would come back without hesitation!!

This place was amazing! It’s extremely private. The place was exactly as described. Pool was extremely clean and was serviced daily. The view was 10/10. Over all great place to relax.

I am very satisfied, the place was so clean and the house was so cute and the pool was clean and very big. The pictures don’t do justice for how nice the house is, it really is better in real life. I really recommend it, and the host was great, very responsive and friendly, he allowed early check in and late check out which was great since my family could sleep in more. I took my mother and siblings there and they were very pleased, they enjoyed the pool and we all wished to stay longer haha. The WiFi is good for simple things during the day but in the night it is a bit slow but nothing too bad. The whole process was smooth and if I’m ever back in Saudi for a vacation I’ll definitely go there again! :)

Great location near shops and restaurants. We were able to use the hotel pool and beach for a small fee. Very nice.

We were very happy with Younan as the host, as well as the accommodation...and can only recommend him to anyone looking for an accommodation in El Gouna: always reachable, and helpful. We were also very happy with the accommodation and would return any time!

The house is beautiful and feels like home - the owner invested in decorating and accessorizing the house to make you feel home not just a plain rental. Partment was very responsive either through texting or calling. We are very pleased with our experience- will definitely do it again.

Very nice place & host

Very nice Villa and a great location on the sea front cliff top. Ahmed was a great host and responded to our comms quickly. When we had a minor issue with the pool, Ahmed had 3 people on site within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. You really can't ask for more than that.

Had a wonderful time in Sharm el Sheikh with my family. Recommend for families especially
