Peaceful trio of rooms with kitchen and parking

Lovely trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, the Mall at Cribbs Causeway, and to the city centre.

My home is stylish and cosy, with super fast broadband, kitchen, open plan dining room and living room, luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and a sun trap garden. You will have a quiet double bedroom, with a desk in it and sole access to the entire house. The bedroom is right next door to the bathroom. The house is perfect for business guests wanting to stay in Bristol Monday to Friday, or couples wanting to go to one of Bristol's many festivals in summer 2024.

Cosy and spacious accommodation in a beautiful Victorian home in Easton, with south facing garden, planted for lush colour and scent. Our neighbourhood is vibrant, colourful and friendly with independent shops, restaurants and local train stations just 10 minutes walk away. Easton is a great base from which to get to know Bristol for couples, solo adventurers, and those travelling for work. The decor and furniture could be seen as 'shabby chic'.

The Snug is the perfect place for short stays if you like a private space instead of a hotel. You'll have everything you need, all in one cosy place. Our self checkin is quick & easy. Your own private entrance & driveway. We are outside the Clean Air Zone. The Snug is a separate building in the garden of our property. We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.

Lovely flat in the heart of Lawrence Hill. Lots of natural light entering the flat. It is on the main road so sound of traffic can be heard. 20 minute walk into the centre of town with the option to take the Bristol to Bath cycle route which is a minutes walk from the flat. Good train and bus links also. Restaurants, supermarket, post office and convenience stores all within a minutes walk from flat.

Stephanie greeted us, she had agreed that we could check in early. We were then taken on a tour of her home and given instructions on everything we needed to know! Stephanie was warm and engaging... We had the whole house to ourselves. It was so comfortable. Very easy access to central Bristol and nr St Marks road in Easton where we had breakfast at No12...on a couple of mornings. A lovely quiet road. Had we stayed longer, we would have used Stephanie's beautiful garden. We loved Stephanie's place and would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

I was a bit hectic on my check in day so unfortunately didn’t get to meet Jeremy as he was going away over Easter. However the check in was extremely easy, he text me all the information. The home was cosy and warm, everything was clean. This might sound weird but the bedding was soooo crisp and fresh, it smelt amazing and I honestly slept so well. I’d open the bedroom window in the morning and lye in listening to the birds chirping in the garden. Very quiet and green area, I got the bus a couple times otherwise would just get an uber which was about £11 into city centre. Will certainly visit again when I’m next in Bristol. Thanks for everything!

The house looks just like the photos, beautiful and modern. It was clean, and we appreciate the private toilet downstairs. Lizzie was very hospitable, it was great talking to her. She was also flexible with the check in time, which we appreciate. Would definitely come back, nothing bad to say, only suggestion is for the furniture in the room to be dusted off and the bed was a bit noisy when moving (this can be quickly fixed by tightening the nails). Although the mattress was very comfortable, and there were 4 pillows to choose from.
