The house was great! Super easy to check in and Mike and Alex were easy to reach and quick to respond. Our only concern was the shower heads were a bit dirty from build up, but other than that it was very clean! Pool was great and we were very glad we didn’t heat it since it was so hot! Would definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful place! We loved everything about it from the fun interior design to appliances. We made dinner one night and dishes, pots and pans were provided! Shower was nice after the beach all day, and the bed was very comfortable! It is very close to Saint Petersburg, beautiful beach and town. We also took a day trip to siesta key, which was not far from the Bnb! Overall 10/10 experience! The perfect place for a couples getaway 🩷

Zarko’s home was perfect for my daughter and I. It had all the amenities we needed including lots of coffee. The space was adorable and clean and the area was on a quiet neighborhood. Zarko was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is our second stay with CBC and just as the first, it was a spectacular stay. One minor hiccup with a code timing out on us the first evening, however, Ryan and Pattie made all efforts to correct the issue and we were all set! We highly recommend staying in the Villas with CBC, it’s a fantastic experience and a true home away from home.

I travel to Clearwater often and have been to a ton of Airbnbs in various locations around the area. Christine's home is my new favorite location. The Safety Harbor is always a nice area to visit, the house is nice and clean, everything is updated, it just has a cozy feeling when you walk in. I will definitely be looking for this home for my next road trip to Clearwater. Thanks and see ya next time

I loved this airbnb! The decor was themed to the area but done tastefully. there were so many little things that were done just right. the beach chairs and umbrella were of higher quality than what I have found at most rentals. there was even sunscreen when we arrived. I felt taken care of. on top of all that the woman who cleans the units is wonderful. she went above and beyond to be accommodating. what a wonderful experience.

A++++ stay! Felt so lucky to be the inaugural renters of this beautiful property, which had all the amenities, cleanliness and professional caretaking of a top-flight rental, but still somehow felt like a home. HUGE house, perfect for a family with lots of privacy and space for everyone. The private access beach is a rare and unbelievably luxurious plus, and the house comes equipped with warm-water outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrellas and to help you make the most of it. One of the best-stocked kitchens I've ever seen, with every possible kitchen accessory and super-sharp knives. The managers / owners were very responsive, gracious and helpful -- definitely pros. An idyllic, peaceful getaway, tucked away in your own private corner of Gulf Coast Florida . . . Highest recommendation.

This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

Vildana is a fabulous host. She allowed us to check in an hour early, and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a great time at her place.

Great location within walking distance of downtown Dunedin and other areas, plus a short drive to Clearwater beach. The space was super cleanly and the property is very well kept. Would recommend this for anyone trying to book a larger space for a group or family trip to the area! Thank you Karina.

The house was exactly what we were looking for, especially for our large family vacation. The location was great and offered easy access to plenty of stores and restaurants, and it was close to the beach which made traveling in the area easy. The ice cream shop next door was amazing and we found ourselves visiting it multiple times throughout the week. We would definitely stay again for future vacations!

The residence was clean and met our needs for the 9 family members that stayed (3 nights). The kitchen has plenty of counter space. The home was roomy enough for all, but some of the seating (blue chairs in photos) was not in the home. If you are traveling with elders, just note that 2 of the 3 bathrooms have smaller than standard doors. My mom’s walker would not fit through them. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again if coming to town.

The condo was comfortable and conveniently located within easy walking distance to beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed evenings watching the moon rise from the upper deck.

Jeff is very responsive and has a great place. The location is great with a quick drive to awesome spots.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It was just as pictured and just perfect for our family. The pool was a bonus after a full day of sightseeing. The upgraded appliances were also a joy to use. I would highly recommend, and would love to visit again. Thank you again for making us feel welcome 😃

Max was a great host. The house and pool were amazing. Way better than expected. And adequate space for 10 plus people.. Super friendly and always responsive amazing house and amazing hosts!!!

My parents and I and our 3 dogs absolutely loved our stay here. We enjoyed the back yard and pool more than we enjoyed going to the beach! The house was extremely clean, and we loved the huuuuge TV in the living room. The kitchen is pretty bare bones as far as cooking and cleaning items, but that was a minor issue for us. My dad said he wanted to come back to this house at least 20 times haha. We'll be back!

Great location and space

Steven's place was perfect for our large family gathering. It had everything we needed. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Located in a quiet neiborhood. We really enjoyed the screened in pool area.
