Holiday rentals with a patio in Redland City

We had a lovely girls weekend away at Tracey’s beautiful hi rise apartment in the heart of Surfers Paradise. It’s close enough to all of the wonderful things the Gold Coast has on offer but quiet enough to relax and unwind. Everything was as described and the hotel has lovely ammenities. Tracey was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

What an outstanding apartment and host! The apartment has absolutely stunning views across the Brisbane River to the CBD, which looks spectacular at night. The apartment has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and is in walking distance of South Bank and the CBD. The underground car park is a huge plus if you're travelling by car and Will kindly offered early access to the car park after the previous guests checked out, so I was able to park up and explore the area on foot until check-in time (which was also available earlier than scheduled). Will provides very clear instructions on the check-in and check-out processes and is quick to respond to questions. The only criticisms I can make is if you're a light sleeper (like me), the noise from the trains and the air conditioning might be slightly annoying, but you'd probably get used to these after 2-3 nights and forget about them.

Very clean and presentable with close proximity to the city which was the reason for our stay. Hosts were great with proactive and clear communication.

Great accommodation for our 4 day stay in Brisbane, the hosts were accommodating and brought a new iron. Apartment looks like the photos, enough room for the 5 of us. James was very kind enough to post some items we had left over for express delivery so we could have them before our return to the UK. Thanks again!

This was a gorgeous little place! Camilla was so helpful and recommended her favourite places to have lunch and good walking/running spots for us when I asked her. Very responsive and helpful and the place was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Woody Point at Erin’s beautiful accommodation. She has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is well appointed with everything you could possibly want for your stay and Erin was so kind and responsive to requests. We would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Brisbane.

Miriam’s cabin is located in an industrial area. During the day, you hear the noises from neighbouring businesses. The whole place is set up like a mini caravan park with a common room in the middle of the complex. The cabin window faces the common room, so you will hear when some people are talking there. Be aware that other rooms share the wall with the cabin I stayed in, so you will hear whatever is going on in the next room and vice versa. The complex is great for motorhome travellers and business travellers like me. The washing machine and dryer were free. She provides most of the things the travellers need. The cabin is spacious and quirky in a fun way. I enjoyed finding the process of the complex grew into what it is now talknig to Miriam. Overall, I enjoyed staying there. Miriam and her husband were fantastic hosts. I will stay there again when I have my work trip in the area. I hope you will enjoy what Miriam and her hubby offer.

We had such a wonderful stay. The home is in such a great position- close to the beach, with beautiful views. Everything we needed was in the house and we felt right at home. Thank you!

Perfect place for a big friendship catch up. Atmosphere feels like camping but without the hassle. Nice and close to Sirromet Winery.

An absolute ripper little place to stay that suited our needs and more for the stay. We shall be back

**Review Title:** Perfect Home for Large Groups! I recently stayed at this house with my group and it was a fantastic experience! The space is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for big groups or families. We felt right at home with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house was spotless upon our arrival, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our host was friendly, energetic, and extremely responsive to all our needs, ensuring we had everything we required during our stay. A wonderful stay. The additional bedroom and bathroom was excellent for us as an extended family. Evie (granddaughter) loved the area for play. So good our son and family could stay and enjoy their own space. Easy to eat together and close enough to go to planned events and activities like Blueys World and the Koala Sanctuary.

Ashlea’s place was beautiful, great location and stunning views. Ashlea is a great host, she is very responsive and included everything to make our holiday perfect for our family. Can’t recommend her place enough!

Excellent home away from home, was perfect for a combined family holiday, plenty of backyard space and living areas to keep kids and adults happy. Loved the thoughtful touches Lisa added to make this a wonderful stay.

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

The apartment is in a great location, walkable distance to not only restaurants/bars but also local train stations making travel to/from and around the area easy. The rooftop pool and sitting area is also a great bonus. The apartment itself is well furnished, clean throughout and well stocked with amenities. We especially appreciated the cold water in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane and recommend to any others looking for a few days away in the city

The apartment is so close to the train station and walkable to indro shopping centre, we enjoyed shopping and bought groceries nearby. The amenities were suitable for what we needed, especially the warm preparation and compliment from the host! Besides, Lucia and Trong are friendly, helpful and very responsive, all of us had a great time during the stay. Highly recommended to family and friends!

shared place which made it difficult to use the kitchen in the cabin. despite this we had an awesome stay and can strongly recommend this place. ideal location. comfortable beds and great BBQ outdoor space. highly recommended
