Revamped Flat in Georgian Heritage Home

Refurbished to a high standard, this beautiful, fully equipped apartment is perfect for a weekend away sightseeing, or for longer stays. The apartment's private entrance is accessed via a small courtyard to the front of the flat. The large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room are at the heart of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances - electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine and there’s a washer/dryer for those wishing to stay a bit longer. The adjoining sitting room includes Samsung flat screen TV with Freesat. The property has WiFi throughout. The large bedroom to the rear of the apartment includes a super comfy, king size bed including bedding. The bathroom has underfloor heating, large walk in shower, luxurious toiletries and towels. A car parking space is available during your stay, giving you freedom to explore further into the beautiful West Country. Guests will be sent the door access code the morning of their arrival and can check in anytime after 3pm (or earlier if requested). The apartment comprises the entire basement flat of our Georgian townhouse. We live upstairs and are very happy to provide advice and recommendations on places to explore, visit, eat and drink. Many of Bristol’s tourist attractions are within walking distance: the museum, zoo, Hippodrome theatre, aquarium, Victoria Room, and more. Clifton village is a 5 minute stroll offering a range of boutique shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The apartment is in a central location making it easy to get around Bristol. Train: Bristol Temple Meads train station is a 10 minute taxi ride or the no. 8&9 bus drop off at the top of Park Street which is a 2 minute walk to the flat. Bus: Bristol bus station is a 10 minute walk. Air: If you are coming from Bristol airport, the Bristol Flyer Express bus runs 24hrs a day, stopping at the bus station, otherwise a taxi takes 20 minutes. Children are very welcome and we can provide a travel cot, baby bath, high chair and other tiny tot essentials.

A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. My apartment has been stylishly furnished, while bringing out the traditional features of a Georgian property. Having grown up in Zimbabwe I was inspired to bring a taste of the local culture to Bristol. The place is ideally situated within walking distance of the city centre, Clifton and Gloucester road. There are many renowned restaurants, cafes and bars with a wide selection of cuisines. We require guests to be very respectful of our neighbours and noise levels during their stay.

On the border of Redland and Bishopston, 5 minutes to the heart of Gloucester Road and a 30 min walk to Clifton or Bristol Centre. The open plan space has a sitting area, bathroom, bed, kitchen and dining table. You are also welcome to share part of our garden to sit outside. The annexe has its own entrance so you can come and go as you please without interruption, but please note it is adjoined to our family home and you may hear us from time to time. Attractive self contained accommodation in a small quiet tree-lined street of family houses in the very heart of Clifton. In contrast to the rest of our beautiful Victorian home it has a light contemporary feel with 5 large velux windows (complete with blackout blinds) providing superb views over Bristol. We should like to stress that being a loft conversion in some areas the ceiling is low and this may be a problem, particularly, for guests taller than 1.76m (5ft10ins)

Comfortable and Clean Flat - Great Location

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.
