With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a secluded pool and wood-fired hot tub, it’s a convenient base for couples, families and friends exploring Marlborough’s wineries, Picton and the Sounds. Across the vines are the Richmond Ranges, whose silhouette inspired Cloudy Bay’s iconic wine label. The Picton ferry, both airports and cellar doors are within easy reach.

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Feel free to stroll our vineyard and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of it's rural location. Please note: due to being a working vineyard our property is not suitable or safe, for infants or children.
