Location was amazing and I cannot say enough about the apartment. We have a family place close by and would easily book this again and would recommend it to other members. If anything it’s undersold on here and makes a perfect location in Cabo roig/la zenia

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Beautiful appartment in a lovely location. The roof terrace is an excellent inclusion and a great place to catch the sun and unwind. Everything was great. We liked it so much we stayed extra nights.

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. We stayed for 11 nights. This place is the most equipped accommodation I have encountered. Everything needed was available in the house. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bernt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in this place.

Fantastic great area with several pools, jacussis, bar, gym etc. we really enjoyed the area. Perfect if you're looking to sunbathe all day long. Large shopping center right nearby, as well as grocery store right next door. So very easy to shop.

Excellent stay, the place was spotless and cosy. The roof terrace was fantastic with great views. Marion was excellent and on the ball. Would recommend.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

the stay in José's house is super pleasant, the house is much nicer in person that in photographs everything is very clean , a lot of kitchenware , everything is very clean towels and clean sheets. We loved the house and the treatment received the area is very quiet and very well located , we felt right at home. I recommend José's apartment 100%

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

Very good quiet accommodation with a great view. Paco and Maria are very responsive and always give good advice on visits to restaurants and activities.

We had a really pleasant stay at the apartment in Los Urrutias with all of the amenities we could need. The apartment was easy to find with plenty of free nearby parking and friendly neighbours. Right on the waterfront and close to the nearby bars, restaurants and small shops for groceries, but with quiet evenings for a peaceful sleep. Dave and Bryan were lovely hosts; very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Great place to stay, clean and spacious with beautiful views. The swimming pool was lovely and quiet. Lots to do inside and out of the La Manga resort. Jorge was a great host, flexible, helpful and giving clear instructions for check in. Jorge also gave us detailed information on places to visit locally and where to eat. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.

This has been one of the best experiences I've ever booked through this app. Even before I booked the apartment, Marc was helpful and answered any questions I had. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could possibly need! There was water and ice-lollys waiting for us upon arrival. There honestly is not one bad thing I could say about this place. The beds were comfy and there was lots of storage for our things. There was plenty of seating and a lovely area our the front and out the back where you could simply relax and enjoy the sun. Marc was extremely professional and showed us how everything worked when we arrived and checked in to make sure we were okay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a relaxing hoilday. There is lots to do in cabo roig and the apartment is situated in an ideal location. Thanks again for everything 😊

A short weekend break at the apartment, very nice rooms and even the neighbours on both sides are lovely . We will plan another trip soon .

We felt very much at home, the apartment was even nicer than seen in the photos. Roberto was extremely friendly and the check-in and check-out were straightforward. Communication with Minka went smoothly and we felt well taken care of. There were also a lot of toys for our child, which was a perfect addition to the toys that we took with us ourselves. We have left Minka's place with a laughing and a crying eye and hope to be able to spend another stay here.

Fantastic stay! Everything you would ever need. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool even for the house. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The host only took five minutes to reply even instantly 🤍🤍🤍We loved every minute of it and hopefully be back!

It was easy to find, and the key was easily accessible. Clean and nice in the apartment. The host reached out several times and wondered if all was well. It was very good, and we'd love to come back. We recommend it to our friends

I had a truly amazing stay at Annette's lovely home from home. It was super-well equipped and had literally everything you needed. The view from the roof terrace was awesome and I felt very secure and safe as I'm a lady that was there alone for some of my 4-week stay. Alan, the super-host that greeted us was beyond helpful and lovely and recommended lots of local places to eat etc. and literally couldn't do enough for us - amazing chap! The pool was great and just a few metres away - the photos don't do it justice. This place is nestled in between Torrevieja centre and La Mata beach so is peaceful and quiet enough to chill out but only a stones-throw from all the action. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again - it has everything you need to feel comfortable and as though you have all of your creature comforts. I'm already looking to book again! You won't be disappointed ;)

Very nice apartment and apartment complex. Nice terrace with an awning that made it possible to sit outside even when the sun was shining directly. Short distance to the pool area, which was very clean and tidy. Good sun loungers with parasols. Very simple and good communication with the host, responds quickly to questions and also offers transportation to and from the airport. Perhaps best suited for adults and families with slightly older children, as it is not allowed to play with bath toys in the pool, and it is not allowed to play ball games in the area.
