The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

This unique residence has panoramic views of Køge Bay with a view of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is a large private beach area and a nice jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor total 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/open space/living room, two bedrooms, a closet hallway, and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking is available both upstairs and downstairs on the property.

Welcome to our luxury Nordic-style holiday home of 130 m ² with room for 12 guests. We are Anders and Stine. Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with private wilderness bath, sauna, and outdoor shower. Indoors, there is a cinema, billiards, and table tennis - perfect for both relaxation and fun. The house has 4 bedrooms with room for 8, as well as a lovely annex with room for 4. The house is located in a scenic area with only 2 minutes walk to the beach and bathing jetty.
