Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Regional Municipality of Durham

Saying that Jim and Cindy were great hosts is an understatement. They always made sure that I was comfortable. The place was extremely clean and cozy. The pictures definitely do not do this place justice. I will without a doubt book with them again.

If you are going to stay anywhere, this is the place to stay. Stephen and his wife Dorette are great hosts. They truly care about their guests. My mother in law has been staying there and ended up in hospital. Stephen called ambulance for me and drove to the house while I was headed there to meet the ambulance. The entire time she was in hospital, they were asking about her. She is back there now for another week (air bnb) and Dorette is messaging me to let me know that they salted stairs but that it could be slippery so if mother in law was going out, to be careful. The unit is very clean and comfortable and you aren't lacking for anything! 5 plus stars for the hosts!

Lovely clean, 2-level duplex, 3 bedrooms/1 bath upstairs, beautiful deck and yard right off kitchen. Quiet home and neighborhood. No train noise. Super host, very responsive and provided extra towels and kitchen items to make our week stay comfortable. Highly recommend, hope to stay here again when visiting family.

We had a great time at Uzma's place! The location was serene and the home and outdoor area were beautiful and comfortable! Uzma was very responsive and accommodating and communication with her went very smoothly! Just a note for prospective renters, from deck to lake, it's more of a drop off of a few feet into the water as opposed to being able to step right in. We had no issues during our stay and would gladly stay again in the future!

my stay at Mrinals place was amazing! it looks exactly like the photos and was so clean. my family stayed here before moving out of the country and it was literally stocked with anything you’d need! anything we needed in the kitchen they had as well as laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. there was so many extra towels, sheets, and bedding. the check in was super easy and everything was exactly like the photos. The driveway has good space as well, me and my family were able to fit 2 SUV’s. Mrinal was an amazing host and very responsive and kind. I highly recommend!

Daniella and Stephen's place was perfect for the 3 of us. They were quick to respond to questions we had. Their home was like being inour home away from home and more!!! We definitely will be back next year. Thank you Daniella and Stephen for making our stay so comfortable.

I was more than lucky to have found Natalie’s place, it’s in a great neighbourhood, place was exactly like the photos & as described, and the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered in this app. Natalie was always more than accommodating with my requests & responded on time. She is also such a great person herself, she will not let you down. A million thank yous Natalie 🥰

The place was incredibly, it felt like my own house. Plus, the decore of the house was really amazing. The locality is also nice, everything is close to the house. On the top of that what I liked was that all the utensils for cooking were provided for us.I would visit there again. I would recommend everyone to reserve this apartment for your stay.

Shaikh was a very accommodating host. Answers questions promptly and makes sure the stay is comfortable and seamless. Very clean and modern and a fun place to pass time when you’re passing through. WTG well done.

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

Lovely host. Great location. A massive beautiful lilac tree outside the AirBnB in full bloom. Martin-Eric was a fabulous host! Would stay again.

Arum was very helpful with accommodating us as we were arriving earlier and he let us go in before the check in time. Anuhea's space is very cozy and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. The outdoor space is beautiful - You forget you're in the city. The location is awesome, quiet neighborhood but just minutes from downtown. Her instructions to get to the Airbnb space was spot on! I also had the chance to chat with Anuhea and she is just a lovely person. Also, they have the fluffiest, friendliest outdoor cat that is sure to great you upon arrival. Eugene was the best welcome-wagon I've ever had lol.

Edwina’s place was a very cosy, peaceful and super clean place. We loved the outside environment as well will a beautiful view. Also Edwina responded very quickly in case we needed anything during our stay.

Humera’s place was Great! Close to Thermea spa. Very clean and new. Sleeps three in separate sleeping spaces comfortably. Humera and her husband responded right away to any question that we had. I would stay there again. Just a note for your awareness that the owners live upstairs in this house.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the balcony was an awesome touch. Every room was so clean and we felt right at home. thank you!!

Very nice spot. Go Train is very close. Only takes 1 train to get to downtown. Many restaurants around and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Parking garage is super great considering how difficult it is finding parking in the region. Great all around experience. Would recommend !

I stayed at Marika's for a month and she was very responsive and accommodating. We had a few conversations during my stay, and I found her to be friendly and genuinely concerned for my well-being. The living room/bedroom combination is private, but the rest of the space is not. However, that was not a problem. I would definitely stay there again, if need be, and would recommend Marika and her place to others.
