Safe and convenient. 15 min drive to JFK or LGA Airports. 10 min walk to subway station (M,R train). ~30 min train ride to Manhattan (weekend will take longer because local stops). 5 min walk to laundry, grocery stores, pharmacy, coffee shops, and bakeries. 10 min walk to Queens Center Mall, Queens Place Mall, and Rego Center Mall. Burger King, Popeyes, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Shake Shack all within a 7-8 minute walk.

Please note this listing is for FEMALE GUESTS ONLY (no couples). Beautiful bedroom in a quiet house is ideal for some retreat time away or as a safe base from where to visit the city. The house is 20 minutes from Manhattan with the LIRR (and 10 minutes by bus from the LIRR) and is situated between Chinese and Jewish neighborhoods, a five minute walk from the bus, supermarkets, restaurants, and Flushing Meadows park. The space will be shared with myself and my roommate.

We are NYC OSE registered short-term rental. Enjoy easy access from our guest suite in a historical Richmond Hill. We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.

The home and apartment are cozy, clean, and filled with sunny windows. The rented apartment is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed and attached private bathroom and private kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster oven and electric hot water kettle. The apartment is on the second floor, with a private entrance. There is one free parking spot. The house is near Queens College.
