We had such a fantastic stay at Adam’s place! The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Every room was spotless, and you can tell Adam takes great care of the property. We especially appreciated how easy everything was — from finding the location to parking right out front. The location is amazing — just a short drive to the beach, which made it super convenient for our daily outings. It’s also close to great local restaurants and cafes, so we never had to go far for good food. Adam was a wonderful host. He replied to all of our messages almost instantly and was very helpful with any questions we had. Communication was smooth and easy the entire time. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Whether you’re visiting the area for a beach vacation or just looking for a relaxing getaway, this place is perfect. We would definitely come back again. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Our family had a wonderful time exploring and enjoying the area. It was nice to have a clean, comfortable space to come back to. It have everything we needed to cook, we enjoyed the games, and we especially enjoyed the back porch room. I read and had my coffee in there every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with our accommodations.

At least 5 stars in every respect. Had everything a person could want; hosts really thought of everything! They cheerfully accommodated all inquiries, very promptly. Everything about it shows they care. Loved the view from the top floor balcony especially. Beach was pretty and barely saw anyone else there, our favorite kind of beach. Can see the sunrise and sunset colors!

Nancy was very accommodating with our last-minute reservation. She communicated frequently and responded to any issues that arose promptly and graciously. The accommodations were beautiful - adjacent to the private community beach, which was clean and spacious. The house was clean; it was great having 3.5 bathrooms and a bed for each guest. We had a few issues with linens but Nancy responded promptly and resolved our issues. I would absolutely rent from her again.

Perfect! We had a wonderful week in Bethany Beach! Mike’s place had ample room for our family four. It was super quiet and conveniently located. The parking pass and nearby trolley stops made beach access a breeze. We will definitely stay again!

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

Helens place was perfect for our relaxing girls weekend. we loved the outdoor porch and watching all the birds!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matt’s place. Having three floors and multiple bathrooms with our party of six was incredibly helpful. Everyone had their own area to unwind in after being at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, as well as the linen closet and beach item closet! Matt’s communication is outstanding, as are his directions. A hidden gem are the two pools located within the complex. In particular, we enjoyed the smaller pool and the ability to cool off while sitting in the shallow areas of the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to come to Rehoboth Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable, and provides a lot of amenities, including lots of beach gear. We appreciated that it was clean, as well as an easy drive to anything in Rehoboth. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks to Tuan for hosting my family and I. Tuan’s house is lovely, tastefully decorated and in a prime location, with excellent accessibility. The house is modern, large, spotless, spacious, very accommodating and has a homey feel! Tuan, is most communicative and helpful in providing dining suggestions, etc. He also provides a parking pass/permit which we didn’t use, but appreciated. There’s also a pool directly behind the house! We certainly recommend Tuan’s place - it’s a great home!

Christopher’s place exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful place to stay. The entire space was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and well kept. We loved the location, a short drive to several different beaches. We enjoyed being able to walk and ride bikes around the quiet neighborhood. The hosts were friendly and communicative, offering many suggestions on what the area has to offer.

We genuinely enjoyed our time at this home. It was the perfect space for three adults and two young children! Near the beach and restaurants! Alexandra was so helpful and responsive! We definitely will booking again!

Cute home with all the amenities and walking distance to everything Rehoboth has to offer. Great space for our family of 4 to enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and a great pool just outside the door. Would happily go back again!

Exceeded expectations! Place was really clane and loved the blackout curtains. Kitchen was well stocked and love the dog decor!

A very nice stay, especially if you have kids. We have two small toddlers and it was the perfect space. First impression, the place is bigger than it looks in the photos. Loved how clean and neat everything is. Plenty of space for us to unpack and settle in for the week. The pool was a huge hit among our family. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Lewes.

Georgette’s townhouse was lovely. There are 3 pools in the community area, we found one that was easy to find and clean. The townhouse itself was adorable. Nicely decorated and with a beachy decor and pretty artwork. The neighbors we met were quiet and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortably slept our party of 10. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed but we didn’t cook dinners. We could’ve used a few more rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. It took about 10 minutes (by car) to get to the boardwalk and beach (a smooth and easy ride) and was close to some other great places to eat on route one. Georgette communicated quickly with us upon our arrival, and we did need to reach out to her after that. Thank you for making our first visit to rehoboth fun!

Perfect accommodation for 9 adults, 5 minute drive to rehoboth beaches & 10-15 minutes to the outlets. Clean house/ kitchen/ linens with big dining table for everyone to eat together. Beach chairs & umbrella available for the beach was a nice touch! Will definitely be booking again 😊

Great stay! This new neighborhood is less than a 10 min drive to downtown Bethany. Large bedrooms, open kitchen / living room area and nice to have access to beach chairs and umbrella. We stayed in early June and the neighborhood was very quiet. Very responsive communication, too.
