In the cottage by the shore of Höytiäinen, you can spend your vacation surrounded by a unique lake landscape. The wood-burning sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Cooking with an Airfryer, in the microwave, or on the terrace with a gas grill. Drinking water is available directly from the kitchen faucet. The guest has the entire cottage at their disposal, with sleeping areas for two, a sauna, a toilet, and a small kitchen. The air source heat pump ensures a suitable indoor temperature. 13 km to the center. 8 km to grocery stores.

Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Small log cabin with spectacular lake views. There is an extendable bed (2x80cm) in the cabin, as well as a kitchenette (running cold water). Sheets and towels provided. Electricity. Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.

Isossa makuuhuoneessa hyvä 180 x 200 cm parisänky + iso Smart TV, pienemmässä 2 kpl laadukkaita 80 x 200 cm sänkyjä. Takkahuoneesta löydät jääkaapin, vesipisteen, mikron, veden- ja kahvinkeittimen etc. Takkahuoneen vuodesohvasta voimme tarvittaessa tehdä myös sängyn (80 x 200 cm). Kahvit, teet ja loppusiivoukset tiskauksineen kuuluvat hintaan!

Lisäksi kohde soveltuu erinomaisesti etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana.

Omalta laiturilta mahdollisuus pulahtaa uimaan! Palju käyttöön majoituksen ajaksi 40e. Pihapiirissä käytössä tennis/pienpelikenttä. Tämä paikka sopii täydellisesti niin rentoutumiseen kuin aktiiviseen lomailuun – lähellä kulkevat hiihto- ja ulkoilureitit. Kysy tarvittaessa lisävuodepaikka mahdollisuudesta!

Ski trail next to it. 50 km to Koli, 20 km to Joensuu. 8 km to the center of Kontiolahti. In Kontiolahti, there is a lively harbor in the summer, with a café and activities on weekends.
