The house is spacious, on a corner and close to the leisure area, has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, a balcony with a gourmet area (barbecue), a TV room integrated with the dining room and kitchen. The house is on a corner lot and is very spacious. It is at the entrance to the Vó Maria restaurant. The house is a little far from the center of Areia and Remígio. Distances: Areia: 10 km / Remígio 8 km Book for the right number of people! We do not have bath linen (towels)!

The house is located in the Campo Reserva da Serra Condominium, in a picturesque and historic city, Areia/PB, 50 km from Campina Grande and 127 km from JP. It has a panoramic view, with integrated environments, and is perfect for those who like to cook and admire a beautiful landscape. Outside, we have a beautiful garden with a fireplace that harmonizes perfectly with a good wine, hot chocolate, coffee and, of course, good conversations with friends or an intimate and romantic moment with your loved one.

Your refuge in Brejo Paraibano awaits you. Located in the Campo Villas de Areia Condominium, in the Muquém district, the house offers all the tranquility and infrastructure necessary for moments of family rest. The space has three double beds, a single bed, a full kitchen, a barbecue grill, electric showers, TV and internet. For groups of more than 7 people, you can check the availability of extra mattresses or request them if we already have them available.
