Nanette and Jaime were wonderful hosts. The house felt like home, and the place felt bigger than what it seemed like from the photos. Our family enjoyed the time in the hot tub (also not shown in photos) during the chillier evening. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We had a lovely stay at Karine’s cute house! The kitchen was very nicely outfitted, beds were super comfortable, and the big wood-burning fireplace was excellent! We appreciated all the cool artwork around the house, and Karine’s wonderful photography book! We got to enjoy lots of bird life, and we were lucky to have a bit of snow. What a beautiful and peaceful spot. We can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the pool and lovely big deck and yard!

Greg was a phenomenal host who went above and beyond for our group, including facilitating an early check-in, helping with local recommendations, and making sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and beautiful, and boasts both a heated pool and hot tub outside, making it an amazing deal overall. Definitely would recommend, a great spot for a weekend to relax!

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

Laura’s house was great and exactly as described / depicted. We went in the winter for a quick weekend get away from the city, so didn’t use any outside features, but the living space was very comfortable and the kitchen spacious and modern. We would definitely stay again. Laura was highly communicative and clear leading up to and throughout our stay.

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

Sarah’s place was absolutely lovely! Super clean and well stocked kitchen for making a meal. Sarah was also very responsive and had great local recommendations. Our group also found the beds to be quite comfortable! Highly recommend!

A very nice and spacious house, quietly located in the countryside. In 5 minutes by foot you are on the water. The neighborhood is very quiet and in the morning you can hear a lot of birds. Communication in advance was great. It was even responded to the wish of a toaster. The rooms are nice and the beds very cozy. There were three of us and we had good space. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. There was even water ready upon arrival. In the living room there is a large TV with Netflix.

The house was spotless and exactly as described. Damion was incredibly welcoming and made check-in easy. A comfortable and pleasant stay—highly recommend!

John’s place is absolutely stunning! The deck and the dock made for beautiful mornings with coffee and evenings with wine. It’s a short drive from a few beaches or to the ferry to fire island. Overall would definitely stay again!

Absolutely stunning! This house has an amazing view from gigantic glass doors in the main room. Details in the house are well thought out and of great quality, including a high end coffee maker and other appliances. The place has lots of premium touches that make this experience a cut above the rest. Steven is an amazing, friendly, and communicative host. Incredible experience all around, I would definitely book here again.

We had an outstanding stay! The accommodations were exceptional—beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We have had several family vacations on the North Shore now, but this was beyond our expectations. Pretty much a private beach on LI Sound in your backyard. Amazing layout with a wrap around deck with three daybeds for lounging outside among the tall hardwood trees and listening to the waves. Hammocks, hot tub and sauna below with a private gym and knocked out theater setup for streaming movies. There were 5 adults and two three year olds on this trip so the 3 full baths were great. The house felt like home for 7 great days and nights. Rainy days were filled with train museums, an aquarium and butterfly gardens and a fabulous library. And the North Atlantic waves are a 25 minute drive. Oh , and everyone said the beds were super comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Eileen’s place. Many great restaurants close by…Lenny’s, Dockside and Rosso Vino we enjoyed. Delicious ice cream spots..Bishop’s Orchard Creamery and Ashley’s.

From the moment we booked, to the moment we left, John was quick to respond, extremely personable and honest. This was our first experience with an AirBNB. We sincerely hope all hosts are as accurate and honest. The house is a perfect getaway. A very quiet neighborhood with a back yard is tranquil. John and his partners truly thought of everything. Do not hesitate to rent this beauty.

We had a wonderful stay at Ellen’s place. The house was beautiful and well appointed with anything you could need - it made us feel right at home. The backyard was gorgeous and relaxing. We were traveling with a toddler and Ellen made sure we had everything you could need for a child. The house had lots of room and was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was a quick drive to plenty of things to do. We could not have been happier with our stay!

Really liked this house - quiet and secluded with the family. Good amenities, lovely back yard, and peaceful surroundings. About 20 mins to the beach by the time you park and walk across. A 10-15 min walk to a little dock with a playground for young kids. Thanks for the stay!

My family of 4 (including a 2 and 6 year old) stayed at Chris’ place for two nights for a quick getaway for spring break. Chris was incredibly helpful, by providing suggestions for us/the kids on local attractions, and was quick to help us problem solve when we couldn’t find a blender attachment for our morning smoothies. The house is beautiful, well equipped (especially with kid-specific items (high chair, stroller, books), and he also provided some provisions for our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking to stay in this area!

We love this house, this is our second time staying there & it holds a special place in our families heart, we had a house fire & this house made us feel at home, it is so homey & has everything you could possibly need & the hosts are amazing & dog lovers which we love! We hope to come back but to actually vacation and enjoy all the amenities of the beautiful pool, sauna and hot tub!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable house in Rocky Point! The location was tucked away enough for peace and quiet but still close to the main road where you can easily find things. The home felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we walked in and he was flexible with us for check in time which was kind It was spacious with nicely decorated rooms and plenty of privacy thanks to the upstairs and downstairs layout. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was a huge bonus. We especially appreciated the coffee maker for our mornings! Chris was communicative and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and easy. We would recommend and stay here again!

This was our wedding day weekend and we were shocked just how well this Airbnb was designed, built and cared for. All of the appliances were high quality, an art TV, a gorgeous shower. My wife and I couldn't have been happier calling this cute cottage home for this special weekend. Thank you Sara!
