Si trova a 1400m dalla spiaggia Monti Russu, ed è raggiungibile in 5 minuti in auto la spiaggia di Rena Majore che ha ospitato il set del film Disney "La Sirenetta". I centri più vicini che forniscono i servizi necessari sono Vignola, Rena Majore e Santa Teresa Gallura, a 5-4-11 km.

Porzione di stazzo, al piano terreno cucina con divano letto, bagno con doccia e splendida veranda vista mare e tramonti, al primo piano due camere matrimoniali entrambe con il bagno interno. A disposizione una doccia esterna e una lavatrice condivisa, vista sul tramonto unica. L’altra porzione di Stazzu è abitata da me, quindi alcuni spazi esterni possono essere condivisi. Spiaggia raggiungibile con una buona camminata (20 minuti) o in tre minuti in auto.
