Built on a hillside, on the heights of Palombaggia, the villa offers a unspoilable view on the splendid bay. All rooms in the villa are fully fitted, and open out onto immense terraces with the ocean as far as the eye can see. The heated private swimming pool with an overflow feature is happiness defined. The villa with the pure lines, contemporary and refined decoration, is made up of a livable space of 350 m² and of an external living space of 300m² on a terrace. The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom.
