We have an excellent location right across the street from the ocean / boardwalk and just 10 minutes walk to Rockley Beach. Numerous local amenities are close by, including restaurants, banks, supermarkets and children's play areas. Private car parking is on premise and public transportation is very close by.

The decor is light, tropical and easy to keep clean. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms attached, extensive cupboard space and king sized beds. The patios and pool deck are great for relaxing and entertaining.

My son Thomas and I would love to welcome you to our lovely breezy upper level studio with a loft bed, plus a sofa-bed, in a private and quiet area of the 9-hole Rockley golf club.
