Extremely spacious, comfortable house. The yard won our hearts and that of our little dog. Plenty of space and a very large and well-kept green area. Very good location. Jonathan is great.

Every penny was worth it! Usually people look for carrancas in the summer, we went in the winter and everything was just PERFECT! More empty, more intimate, and with many wonderful itineraries to do! The house is simply wonderful, rustic architecture, beautiful furniture and practical and functional kitchen! The room is very comfortable and the owner is also very sweet! We responded very promptly!

perfect house! very clean, the house with all the utensils available. They were extremely receptive and very kind. The lady who lives downstairs is a lovely person, always asking if we needed anything. The house is not far from the center and is in a great location to go to Tiradentes, close to the road. With a fair price too

I loved Natalia's studio apartment! Items that are easy to find, such as blankets and towels, in addition to the very sweet decoration. There were several amenities: fan, TV with Netflix, minibar and basic kitchen items. The shower was also excellent! Natália was flexible about check-in and check-out, which made our trip much easier. My only relevant negative observation for future guests is that the bathroom has no door, only a curtain, which contributes to a bad smell throughout the space depending on what is done in the bathroom hahahhaha

We stayed a month and it served us perfectly. Very spacious house, well-equipped, clean, market nearby and very close to the São Francisco de Assis church. We will definitely be back!
