Holiday rentals with lake access in Represa do Jurumirim

The house is as described in the photos, very beautiful and great location staying close to the dam, the rooms are comfortable and have a room overlooking the dam, the kitchen is complete, the children and adults who were very much liked the space. There are nearby markets that we found everything you needed and a very nice ice creamer a little further from the house. An interesting attraction are 2 kayaks available in the house to use at the dam for those who like to fish or only sail with them. Dona Clelia always attentive when we need to, and we wait one day to return.

We spent 5 days at the house, it had everything we needed as described, João responds very quickly and answered all our questions, clean and organized house, great location, with a wonderful view that you wake up and have that coffee with a beautiful view of the dam. Heated pool that the children enjoyed a lot. near Parque da Orla, which you can walk to for a morning stroll or take the kids to play in the playground. We love it, and we'll be back soon.

We love our stay at Igor's place! The house is very good, with 3 bedrooms, a great pool, two refrigerators and even a beverage display. All clean and well-maintained. The view is beautiful and the location on the Riviera Santa Cristina XIII is super quiet. Igor was very attentive. We would definitely be back! I recommend it!

Evaluation: The house is excellent, very cozy, clean and well decorated. The condominium is wonderful, super quiet, safe and well cared for — perfect for those looking for rest and contact with nature. The outdoor area is beautiful and the whole experience was very enjoyable. The only suggestion is that more household utensils could be made available in the kitchen, such as some basic items for those who like to cook during the stay, such as more pans, sleepers to make a table, biting an oven. Overall, we had an amazing experience and we certainly recommend it. We will definitely return!

My stay was great! The host is super friendly, the location and house are excellent! The condominium is very clean and has a lot of greenery (exceptional), a high point restaurant and a very pleasant lake house with beautiful views, I loved it! The club is a special case, beautiful 😍

The house is very good, it corresponds to what is advertised. The pool is great. Clarification, questions, guidance were always answered. We really liked the house, the transparent and polite way of Vitória. We would definitely come back. There is only one reservation about the region, which at this time has a lot of mosquitoes (just like those that give bananas) during the day.

The house is very beautiful and well-equipped, with all the necessary utensils, exactly as described by Clayton and Elizabeth. They were always very attentive and responded promptly in a very friendly manner.

Perfect for those who want to rest! Mercado is far away I advise already to pass on Ida! Zezé and Rosângela are simply the icing on the cake in their lodging, super attentive, polite, available, for sure they made a difference in my stay! Can not go down the jet sky because it is very muddy where it descends, it has to be a tractor.

I and my family loved staying at the Lasanha II Mansion, the house is a delight, clean, organized, practical, had everything we need to spend 3 delicious days. Very comfortable, we feel at home. Besides Bianca is super sweetheart, she sent me a message to make sure we were fine, she sent us a delicious cake from Delicias By Cris, she was super attentive at all times we communicated. It was truly a pleasure to get to know the house and Bianca.

The house is really very nice. Everything was very well organized and clean. It has everything you need for a safe and quiet stay. Very clean, smelling and quality bed linens. The decoration of the house and rooms left us in every detail, not to mention that all 5 bedrooms are suites and with air-conditioning. The condominium where the house is located is very safe and beautiful. The front-to-house dam is very clean and with quiet waters, where we could swim, kayak and practice stand up paddle (which the house provides), not to mention that enjoying the sauna at the end of the day was also a delight. We will definitely be back!

The stay was absolutely perfect! I celebrated my birthday with some friends and we were all very pleased with the house. Certainly one of the best places I have ever stayed, extremely clean, decoration of very good taste, the house is huge, it has everything necessary. Overall, absolutely nothing to complain about, the stay was perfect.

We planned a trip to relax and enjoy, but, above all, enjoy good times in the house, fraternizing with friends, taking advantage of the leisure area and amenities offered. The house is very comfortable and practical, the access of all rooms to the outdoor area greatly favors the use and maintenance of internal cleaning. The indoor kitchen is well completed and practical. The outside area is very good, wide, the pool is great, big, but it is cold, the solar heating did not work out. On the other hand the whirlpool was the star of the club, everyone just wanted to stay there. The barbecue area is great, you could enjoy a lot. The house is very close to the dam in a very quiet region (as in a plot of farms) and is not close to the "pompous" areas of the dam. But overall the experience was great!
