14th floor, privately owned, suite apartment in the Hotel Riviera Atitlan. Overlooks one of the most beautiful lakes in the world and the number of the unit is 1404. We are on the lake. You have access to parking, restaurant, grounds, beach, swimming pool and the jacuzzi next to the pool. . Beautiful apartment , spectacular view, lovely balcony. Pets of any kind are not allowed by the hotel. The price you see is for the first 2 guests, additional guests cost $11 each for each night.

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.

El Níspero II is a 2-story apartment located in the same cabin, which contains two apartments. This property is located in downtown Panajachel. The cabin is at the foot of a mountain and is surrounded by a forest which fosters an atmosphere of peace, comfort and nature. The apartment on the first level has an equipped kitchen and dining area, and on the second level is the bedroom and private bathroom. All areas are private!
