Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. In short, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which will undoubtedly happen).

Amazing space. The apartment is new, very well decorated and has a wonderful sea view. The condominium is very beautiful and is close to Conceição, from where several walks to Angra/Ilha Grande leave. We spent a few days and we have no complaints. Note: it is good to be aware of the description, the condominium is really quiet and does not have many service options nearby, which in our case was not a problem.

I had the opportunity to spend a weekend at Martinha's flat and I have nothing but praise. The accommodations are exactly as described, the apartment is beautiful and has everything. We loved staying at Patricia's house, from before we arrived we felt welcome. The place, the house, its gallery and outdoor space is dreamy. We went as a family and the kids played and had a lot of fun! As if the experience wasn't good enough already, Penha and her family arrive. Always ready to help and make you feel more comfortable. Penha is a great chef, you can feel her love for food in every dish. It really becomes a highly recommended experience, something like a 5-star all-inclusive tailored to you. Just thanks for the opportunity to spend such a beautiful vacation.

Casa is exactly what was in the pictures, the condo is great, Sandro is extremely friendly and always helpful answering all my questions before and during my stay. And in addition it gave us the indication of Ana Lídia who made delicious food. We spent a very good weekend, I would return there without a doubt.

Marcelo's house is exactly how described, very comfortable for our family (4 people), but still following de Ilha grande style of simple comforts. Air conditioning worked perfectly, little balconies with hammocks in each room and 2 ensuits plus a downstairs bathroom. Nice garden and even bbq available But the best is the location. Close to all restaurants and bars in Abraão but also just a few steps from the nice corner of abraao beach and quiet. Ana Paula was there to welcome us and her husband took us on a private boat trip for a really good price. Definitely recommend. The house was clean and had everything one need in a place like ilha grande. Would definitely return.

Amazing home with great access to Ilha Grande. Andre and Ledianne were fantastic from start to finish, helping to plan days out with a speed boat, a masseuse for our return and delicious meals during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely come back

There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏
