Lake house holiday rentals in Reston

Was a beautiful property. Reminded me of my grandmothers country home. Very nice kitchen and wish we had the time to enjoy the very large back porch. We were in town for a family function and really did not spend that much time at the house. Also loved the windows which were plentiful and showered the inside with a lot of filtered sunlight because of the surrounding trees.

The Best value in Northern Va. A very safe, comfortable and private basement bedroom with private bath. The location is very close to shops ( Potomac Mills Mall), restaurants, I-95, Parks and attractions. Host are a retired couple that kind, warm, helpful and with plenty funny stories about life. I will return!

We’ve traveled all over using AirBNB and this is the best place so far. We love hiking and the location was amazing. Too many hikes to choose from (we will be coming back). Super close to lots of wineries as well. For the place, what wasn’t to love??? The inside was beautiful and updated. The beds were amazing. Jackie had absolutely everything you might need. The living room was awesome with lots of seating and we sat and read in the afternoons. We git the hot tub every single day and it was perfect. We will 100% be coming back and looking forwards to brining the pup next time. This place is a gem and Jackie is great

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Matt's beautiful property! The fishing was the highlight as the upper pond was in abundance of bass and bluegill and we all had a blast! Taking walks around the property, even enjoyed being on the porch during the rain. There was so much to do! Our dogs were in heaven being "farm puppies" for the weekend. What a wonderful way to spend Father's Day! We are hoping to book again in the fall to see the foliage!

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

Nice quiet place. Lots of singing birds. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of greenery everywhere. Alysha gets right back though we didn’t need anything except a couple “how do I” or “where is”. 2 minutes from Rock Creek bike trail and pedestrian path. House has interesting pictures and art stuff. Nice sun room. Enormous backyard with a barbecue. Shady well AM and late afternoon as Maryland can be hot and muggy in summer. Great visit.

Staying at Narr's place was wonderful and very peaceful. I definitely enjoyed my time there. Beautiful neighborhood and close to the metro station. Nice restaurants and shops near by also.

Quick & Easy Check- in Quiet & Relaxing Lovely Place

Jibari's house was lovely. If I close my eyes, I can still remember how it felt pulling up and then walking up the steps, and inside with my friends. It was so nice and perfect for one night, though, if we wanted to stay longer - I would've felt comfortable to do so. My only note would be to bring your own pillow if you could, but that's just me ahhaha I'm spoiled with my bamboo/memory foam pillow. I slept on the futon, which was obviously a futon and so it wasn't super ideal, but my friends loved the bed! Even one friend ended up sleeping on the coach so they could get up earlier, and they loved it. Very clean, very cozy, and super kind neighbors nextdoor!! We also found parking very quickly right across the street. 10/10 stay! He even had some snacks for us and water bottled which was so kind. Thank you, Jibari <3

We stayed at Bill’s place for the weekend while visiting my nephew’s show, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is ideal for us because my brother lives in the Del Ray neighborhood, and this home is close to him. There are plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, and a CVS all within walking distance. The house itself is clean and comfortable, with two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen-size bed. The A/C worked great, which was a huge plus! There's also a lovely backyard space with a fire pit—although we didn’t get a chance to use it, it looked like a great spot to unwind. Bill was always available if we needed anything and kept in communication to make sure we were all set, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Alice's Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. Alice was an incredibly warm and attentive host, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. My husband and I were looking for a peaceful place for Thanksgiving, away from the noise of the city and specifically for a house with a piano, since he likes to play classical music. This place had everything and a lot more. The pictures are accurate. We had fun playing ping pong. The kitchen was fully equipped. We loved the vintage décor particularly of the elephant-themed room with wicker furniture where we had coffee and hot chocolate. While my husband played the piano, I would be in the TV room watching Netflix movies, reading or just doing nothing. I went out to the deck to take a video of the flock of birds flying over the river (so beautiful!) Glancing into the calming river through the windows was so relaxing! It was cold outside, so we mostly stayed in, but drove by Harper’s Ferry and stopped by in Sheperdstown to have brunch. All in all, the perfect vacation! 100% recommended! The communication with Liz was smooth and she provided all the information that we needed.

My husband and I needed a night away and did not want to stay in a typical hotel and it was the perfect spot to relax and slowdown. The farm was beautiful and Chedlia was so kind. Would absolutely recommend.
