The lowdown This gorgeous urban paradise with 2-bedrooms, located in Buenos Aires Downtown, aims to please with its rustic vintage style. The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. About Area Full of luxury and style, this apartment is strategically located a few steps away from: Plaza San Martín (San Martín Square) where you'll find La Torre del Reloj (The Clock Tower), Puerto Madero where you will be able to visit the famous monument el Puente de la Mujer (the Woman's Bridge) and the naval museums, and Recoleta where you can enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful Plaza Francia (Francia Square), while you let yourself be captivated by the portside culture, also you will have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, and clubs. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

Our stay in Jor's apartment was excellent. The location is perfect for what we wanted to do, as we had planned a visit to the Teatro Colón. We used the garage next to the building, which was also very convenient for us. The apartment is carefully decorated, well equipped and very pleasant. We stayed from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning and it turned out to be very quiet. Jor has a magnificent treatment and was always attentive to my inquiries. Highly recommended.

Fran and his father Alberto were very responsive when I reached out to contact them. The location of the apartment in on Santa Fe avenue which is a rather busy street but at night the traffic slows down and I could not hear any noise from the street. The apartment is on the 5th floor (ground floor is 0). The location is excellent to reached cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, flower shops, bakery shops meat and produce stores. You can take the number 152 bus at the corner to go to Puerto Madero or La Boca. the main boulevard in BA, 9 de Julio is only 3 blocks to your right leaving the front door of the apartment building. Access to many locations can be reached by walking or taking a bus. The Sube car is a must. You can buy it at a convient store called 25 Horas. There is one at the airport. Don't use the ATM machines to get local currency. You can only get about $30 US dollars and they charge you $12 to get the maximum amount of 30,000 pesos. Go to Florida Ave to exchang

Angie is a very friendly, punctual and responsible host. Check-in and checkout were at the agreed time, without expectations. When the stove was repaired, the technician came quickly, 3 hours after our application. The location is convenient, there is no noise from the road. The supermarket is 5 minutes away. There is an exit to the avenue nearby, there are no problems with transport. You can walk to the historic center of Recoleto. Overall a good place to stay

I stayed in this ideally located apartment just half a block from Plaza San Martín (if I'm not mistaken it's called that) close to everything, with a pharmacy, supermarket and grocery store a few steps away. The host's service was excellent, always very attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable and harmonious, with just the right things to feel at home. I especially highlight the details that are not always found in all accommodations: coffee capsules, complimentary shampoo and conditioner. These are small touches that add up and make a difference. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the air conditioning works perfectly and the decoration, with (GIANT) mirrors and well-selected paintings, gives it a warm and elegant touch. I LOVE IT!!
