The place is a private area and excellent for a rest and peaceful relaxation! The surrounding nature is a guarantee of tranquility! Cristian is an excellent person and host! Friendly and affectionate dogs. Very close to La Ceja and easy access. Comfortable spaces and everything you need for a good stay! Highly recommended!

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

Juan Guillermo's house is a wonderful place… very spacious and with very nice designs. The weather was perfect, Juan Guillermo's hospitality was very good. It's an absolutely recommended place to take a break and spend a few days.

We stayed at this finca with our family the week leading up to our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The property is even more beautiful than the photos, with lush greenery and a stunning garden that made every moment feel peaceful and special. The hosts, especially Monica, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—they helped us hire staff for a brunch we hosted, and shared fantastic local recommendations for everything from grocery stores to takeout. The house can be a bit tricky to find at first, but once you arrive, it’s more than worth it. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Book with confidence—you won’t be disappointed!

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

Dalila was very responsive host always willing to help . The person she recommended for house keeping and cooking was fantastic (Jenny) house was clean . You will feel like in home . House is very nice specially the jacuzzi/pool. Airplanes early in the morning can be noisy. And the rooster from the neighbor . 🙂

Charles and his team were amazing! Super responsive and any questions we had they were quick to answer. The view was beautiful and the hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch. The building felt very safe and the staff were really nice. We enjoyed the gym and the restaurant on site. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend for anyone to stay!

Dear Airbnb team, I wanted to share with you my experience during my stay at your property from May 23 to 27. In general, everything was very clean and organized, which I really appreciate. However, there were some drawbacks that I would like to mention to improve the experience of future guests: 1. I had to contact the host to request trash bags, which could have been prevented by leaving several bags accessible for use. 2. It would be useful to have extra towels available, to facilitate the change without having to request it. 3. I noticed that the top of the bathroom sink has a problem with water stagnation, making it difficult to use, especially when organizing my makeup bag, as it gets all wet.😭 I appreciate your attention to these details and hope you can consider them to improve the experience of future guests. The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Location was excellent. Place was clean and very easy to get in to. No air conditioning which is why I marked 4 stars, but there was a fan. There was also a pretty intense smell of some sort of room-refresher and it made me feel nauseous lol but I am sensitive to that stuff. Overall was super happy with the spot. really cute and well located. we walked everywhere.

Home away from home

We only stayed one night, but could not have been happier. Great location, beautiful inside, amazing views out every window. Great balcony. Would love to come and stay again for a longer time on our next trip! Very highly recommend. 🙂🙂👍👍

Great apartment, with the best view!!! very central in Poblado yet far enough away to have a very tranquil and relaxing stay! The host very attentive and available 24/7 will 100% be back and will also try out one of their other properties in the future for sure!!! 100% recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The restaurant on site was convenient and the front desk folks were friendly and responsive. The location is great. One note though, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet stay this is not the property for you. You can hear the noise from other units traveling through the ventilation ducts and especially on weekends, people stay up very late partying listening to music. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and everything in the apartment worked as it should.

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

Ideal location with great views. Building and area are safe with many great restaurants within the area. I would not hesitate to book again on future travels.
