It is far from the urban hustle and bustle and close to all amenities (bar, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, metro...). Parking is available in the building for an additional fee.

The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

The studio is on the top floor of a small peaceful 3-story building without elevator, there is less facing so you can see the rooftops and chimneys of neighboring buildings.
