We recently had the pleasure of staying at Diane’s stunning detached villa in Reunion Resort, Orlando, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was exactly as described—beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for families, very safe and peaceful! The private screened pool was a highlight, offering a serene spot to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. One of the standout features was the garage, transformed into an incredible cinema and games room. It boasted a projector with reclining cinema seats, air hockey, and arcade games, providing endless entertainment for both kids and adults. Our son was especially thrilled with the themed dinosaur bedroom, which added a magical touch to his stay. Diane was exceptionally responsive and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. We are already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return to this fantastic villa! Our family of 11 had a wonderful time at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the Disney themed bedrooms, the game room and especially the pool! The adults loved having their own en-suite bathrooms. The house is beautiful. Thank you Matt.

My wife and I stayed in this home for 7 days with our two young kids (4 y/o and 1 y/o). The property was very nice (as shown in the photos) and the location was great. We've stayed in Encore before, and loved this vacation even more than the last. We spent our days by the house's pool/hot tub and Encore's waterpark. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! As a family of three, we had more than enough space to relax and enjoy ourselves. The home was exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The pool was perfect, especially for our 2.5-year-old, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made it even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—an easy drive to Disney and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Hanna was incredibly helpful and organized, providing us with all the details we needed before arrival, so we didn’t even need to reach out during our stay. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we visit Disney!

Was a great visit - the house looks exactly like it does in photos. Very clean, great communication from host, and our second time in Champions Gate - which compared to other neighborhoods is so smooth operationally (trash, amenities, street parking crowds, noise, etc), less crowded, and two waterpark amenity options are stellar for our young family. Besides the location, We picked this house specifically for its arcade and themed rooms - our kids loved them! We have been to the area three times in past six months and will definitely be back and search this hosts properties!

Michelle & Allan were great hosts and their home is perfect for a Disney/Orlando getaway. Very clean, quiet & comfortable and we'll definitely be staying again.

The Palms was a great experience for us. We highly recommend this place and host. We will definitely come back.

The house is beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The game room was fun but there isn’t any games you can play on the Nintendo or xbox unless you download them I guess and you can’t even put your games into the switch because it is locked up. Also, there was an air hockey table with no puck to play on it. Not a big deal but the kids were very excited for the game room. Regardless my kids still had fun in there and the pool area was very nice. Wasn’t far from the Disney parks so that was great. This community gets very busy with people renting the houses during the weekend. We heard people partying late at night and the roads had cars parked all along both sides so it was hard to get through the neighborhood during the weekend but come Monday it totally cleared out. The house is beautiful and has everything you would need… Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Value for money - house has all amenities needed, spacious, excellent for relaxing with big family - we were there with 12 (9 adults). Will do it again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Reunion! We had everything we needed and it was our home away from home! We plan to visit again in the future! Harry was a great host! He responded promptly with any questions or concerns. He was friendly and very accommodating. The view of the golf course is lovely. The location is within walking distance to the playground which was perfect for our four children. The private pool was well maintained, heated at no extra cost, and lots of fun for the kids. The garage with games was another fun addition. A few minor things that could be improved would be new outdoor furniture as some of it was falling apart, pool toys are dirty and broken, and several of the doors to the balconies were rusted and hard to open, close, and especially lock. Overall, I highly recommend Harry’s Reunion property!!

This home is exactly as described and shown, I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes over the years and this is the best in my opinion. Dillan is an EXCELLENT host, he clearly cares and gives the personal touch. This is not a stale investment company owned rental, Dillan has a fantastic home very well thought out and furnished. The stand out features that make it above the rest: Perfect games room and upper landing/games room. These cater for kids of all ages (and adults), and provide for both Xbox and PS fans! Very comfortably furnished, done with style. Good lighting too, this is big for me…I don’t like stale bright white lighting everywhere/builder grade stark lighting….not here! Excellent movie theater, easy to use and perfect for the family. Great pool and lanai, perfect for night and day. Comfortable seating, and WITH A TV AND SOUNDBAR AND SUBWOOFER. Many rentals don’t have this, but what a difference it makes. Finally Dillan himself, he is a top tier host, friendly & cares!

Both the property and Denise (our host) were truly exceptional. The space was clean, roomy and just immaculate. It is certainly on my “place to rent list” whenever in Orlando. Denise was alway responsive and concise… you couldn’t ask for a more accommodating host… she is simply the best!!!

Fanciest place I have ever stayed in. Good proximity to disney. Loved having our own pool. House was absolutely beautiful especially the bathrooms. Loved the nespresso and she provided some pods!! Very responsive and wonderful hosts.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at The Eights House for five days, and it was a fantastic experience! The house was impressively clean, organized, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The game room was a hit with both kids and adults, providing endless entertainment. However, the pool and jacuzzi were the real highlights, perfect for cooling off in the hot Florida weather and relaxing at night. The Naim group exceeded our expectations by ensuring we had the best experience. They surprised me with a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne, which made my celebration even more special. The team was responsive and addressed any minor issues promptly, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend The Eights House for a fantastic getaway. We can't wait to return! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Beautiful, new home was just as pictured. Very clean with plenty of room for several guests. Check in was easy once we got to the house. Gate entry can be tricky and busy at most times of the day. Location is fairly close to freeway but can take some time to get there depending on the time of day you are leaving/coming. Pool area was nice as well, but we did not use the spa. Definitely recommend if Davenport is your destination. ESPN and Disney World are within 20 minutes or so. Great home to stay at!

I had the pleasure of staying here for three months. It was great. Very clean, comfortable, and had all the things I needed. The kids love the loft space and there’s tons of room for activities. Will stay again 🤗

We finished up our mid-Winter break (from Michigan) on Feb 22nd and had a great time. We always stay in Reunion, and this was once again a great experience. The house was as shown, very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to put bunk beds in the twin bedroom (I'm only thinking you could put two families in the house with two Masters downstairs) - but for our family of 5 it was perfect! We always try to rent a West Facing Pool, and this was North Facing so I was concerned. However, Anthony was correct that the way the house is situated (no houses block the sun), the sun hits the pool/deck essentially from sunup to sundown with only parts of the pool being shaded at certain times - you can always find the sun somewhere on the deck! We had a great experience and would rent this house again.

My stay was very relaxing, the house was just as pictured on the Airbnb site. My kids really enjoys the arcade game room. And different room decors . I will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is wonderful, very comfortable, well equipped and the hostess was very kind and helpful in meeting all our needs. We had a small problem with the air conditioning, but the hostess quickly sent someone from the team to fix it and we didn't have much trouble. The gym wasn't as close as we thought and only opened at 9am, so we ended up not being able to use it much. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will definitely recommend the house to our friends and are interested in returning.

This place was incredible, as soon as we walked in we were so impressed with the way it was presented. We had arranged for a celebration set up and this was absolutely stunning and all of it blew us all away. The pool and hot spa is definitely a good way to end a busy day. In a good residential area and 40 minutes to Universal Studios. We will definitely re-book when back in Orlando.

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls enjoyed the pool and the movie room. Very nice house and safe neighborhood.
