The house is decorated simply with bright materials. 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom, air-conditioned living room, equipped kitchen. Beach access is direct through the gate. We are close to the center of Ermitage, the center of St Gilles and the port of St Gilles. The gate is automated, parking. Pool: no shallow end. For careful tenants.
