Hiking trails start right in the village. The relatively inexpensive ski resorts (Hochötz & Kühtai together in one ski pass), a spa, Area47 and many summer destinations are very close. A ski bus stops next to the house. The apartment offers plenty of space, a balcony & terrace. For dinner, you can sit comfortably on the sun terrace or by the wood-burning stove.

Apartment № THREE in the Ötztal can be found on the first floor and can be easily reached via the passenger elevator. It inspires with an open-plan living-dining cooking area and fully equipped kitchen incl. pull-out couch and directly adjacent to the living area of pine wood sauna with integrated infrared radiator. There are two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and two modern bathrooms with shower & toilets. The apartment has two fully furnished and partially covered terraces.

Several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. In summer, the Oetztal Summercard is included, with which almost all attractions in the valley are free. For our little guests, a crib and high chair are available on request! There is a barbecue area, slide and swing in the garden.

The house has a unique location as it is located at 1500 m directly on the edge of the forest. The apartment is only suitable for 1-2 people who like it simple, travel a lot and are looking for a cheap place to stay.
