The house is sheltered and overlooks the sea, and is well visible on Snæfellsnät in a good view. In winter, under the right conditions, there is a great chance of seeing the Northern Lights. The house is old, but it's all new. The sleeping loft has 2 good mattresses (steep climb). Bright and beautiful. Short to the airport, about 10 minutes ( 9 km .), and nice swimming pool in Sandgerði ( 2 km.)

Cozy studio apartment

Small and cozy studio apartment in our home, perfect for a couple or a single person. Our house was originally built in 1905 but was mostly torn down 20 years later and built like it is today. Very close to the international airport as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Spacious deck to enjoy the good weather in the summer. Access to washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Please note that we have a big Golden retriever dog that shares the yard with us and you. 😊

The apartment is situated just 6 minutes drive from the airport and 15- 20 minutes form the Blue Lagoon. You can find a public swimming pool with both outdoor and indoor swimming pools in 3 minutes walk from us, there is also a big playground area.There is a small shoppingcenter, Krossmói in about 8 minutes walking distance. There you can find ATM, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, resturants and other shops. There is also the town bus center (it is outside and there are no servicekiosk).
