Of course, there is always more to explore in the area as well; including the Black River, which is just a short hike away.

If floating of any kind is on your agenda, free shuttle to the house is available from some of the local campgrounds when you use them to navigate the black river. This home is just minutes away from Johnson's Shut Ins State Park and Elephant Rocks.
