The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

300 year old 2 bed cottage in a quiet location backing onto a nature reserve. The property is in immaculate condition with a log burner and fully equipped for all your needs. There is plenty of parking outside the property. Accommodation comprises of large lounge, kitchen, downstairs WC with shower and two upstairs bedrooms, one with king size bed, other with double and single bunk, top single bunk is for children only. Cottage is for family use only, sorry pets are not permitted.

My place is a two minute walk to the award winning Rhos on Sea beach and a short walk to the local cafes/restaurants, the seaside town is a haven for tourists, young & old alike. It is a newly built two bedroom apartment. The property has two double bedrooms, a lounge with a large screen tv, dining area, kitchen and a lovely family bathroom. There is free off road parking for one car and free parking on the road outside the property with no time restrictions.
