Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. The main cottage has been featured on Welsh house style programme ‘Dan Do’ as well as Channel 4s A Place in the Sun: Home or Away. It is a small cottage and garden; we love it & hope you will too! A refurbished, 1930s cottage with open plan kitchen & lounge, galleried style bedroom with king bed & en-suite shower. Off road parking & private rear patio. The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach of Penrhyn Bay in a residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme and the North Wales Coastal Walk path. A great base for exploring North Wales, or chilling locally.

This lovely newly decorated 3 bedroom house is perfect for families and is only a 10 min walk to rhos on sea beach and village. The village has plenty of shops and restaurants, and is a great base to explore the surrounding area. This house has a secure back garden, ideal for small children and dogs. Also a private front drive for two cars. The house comes with everything needed (including a cotbed/highchair/baby gate if needed) towels/linen also provided All best, Tracey & Jonathan ☺️

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. Samantha left helpful instructions and we had a great trip. Location is very residencial but quick to get anywhere with a car. Entrance is via a fire escape so any big luggage or difficulty walking could be an issue. Overall they had great communication and the kitchen is so cute.🥰

We had a lovely stay in Llandudno in Damian’s Nautical apartment. It was just as expected and was really close to all amenities. It was lovely to have a bottle of wine and biscuits left for us to enjoy. We found it a great base for exploring too. I would highly recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable stay right in the centre of Llandudno. Thank you very much Damian. I’m sure we’ll be back!

A well loved family holiday home: we stayed four nights. Plus points: Quiet and private accommodation with lovely patio garden; really comfy beds with plump pillows and soft cotton bedding; spacious and quirky apartment, nothing too modern or new; good shower; well equipped kitchen (though no egg cups); off road parking. No dining table but we used desk table and chairs. And there was a Co-op at the bottom of the road.

stayed 3 nights in June, just me and my labrador.sallyann is a lovely friendly and welcoming host. the accomodation is finished to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean.its perfect for 2 people and a dog. the accommodation is well equipped, comfortable and stylish..15 minutes walk to the beach, accessible to public transport. the beach was lovely, clean and with good local facilities. this was an excellent find,I'll definitely stay again and would definitely recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. So beautifully decorated and clean. There was even a lovely surprise for us upon arrival. This was pur first time exploring Rhos on Sea and it really is a picturesque town. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and we would most definitely stay again. Thank you so much for having us!

The Apartment was very nice and clean, everything you could possibly need for a weekend trip, the milk and welshcakes were a nice touch, it has a lovely big bay window with views of the sea and surrounding areas, walking distance to the beach and promenade, all amenities are close by and off street parking was good, we really enjoyed our stay.
