Had a lovely weekend break at Rosie’s property, the location was excellent just off the Rhyd Ddu path and in a lovely quaint quiet area. The cottage had everything you could ask for and was very clean and tidy, the hot tub being a lovely little touch. Had a really great experience from start to finish, Rosie was very helpful and the instructions provided were excellent. Would recommend to anyone contemplating!

We loved our stay with Nick and Charlotte. They were very helpful and made us feel very at home in beautiful surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub after a long walk in the mountains!

From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb truly exceeded all expectations. The views are nothing short of stunning, the setting was pure magic. The house itself had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy, comfortable furnishings that made it feel like home instantly. Our host was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Quick to respond, full of great local tips, and genuinely welcoming (and it made all the difference). If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and a seamless getaway, this place is a gem. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent cottage! Beautiful and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. We just found we were driving to get everywhere which is no fault of anyone’s, just happened to be what we’d booked etc for each day involved driving! Great host, fudge tasted fab. Would definitely recommend to others xxx

What a wonderful stay! Thank you for having us. We had a brilliant time exploring North Wales from Wendy’s cottage. And the hot tub was very welcome after a day of canyoning and walking.

Stayed a week at Ffion’s place and had a great stay. Cottage is really lovely and a home away from home, hot tub was great for relaxing after long walks! Felt very private, was very quiet and perfect place to relax. Location was really good, close to Conwy and Betws y Coed.

Great place to get away to, but with shops/restaurants/things to do all within close range! Beautiful surroundings too, would stay again

Absolutely lovely cottage in the heart of Conwy. It’s so cosy & cute, with local restaurants, shops and tourist attractions within a very short walk. I’d definitely recommend Periwinkle Cottage to anyone visiting the area. The bottle of prosecco & cake was a wonderful surprise on arrival! Thank you!

We couldn’t recommend Sue and Steve’s cottage enough. We loved the peaceful location, the private garden was the perfect place to relax and we had everything we needed. Sue left some homemade cakes, and made some more later in the trip. Our dog Bryn felt extremely at home, the cottage is extremely dog friendly. I wish we could have stayed for another week! Therefore, we will definitely be returning. You will not be disappointed.

A fantastic cottage for an old group of friends to reminisce and explore Snowdonia. Everyone really enjoyed the stay, spending most of the down time in the huge kitchen. Lovely house for a group - everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean and everything had been thought about which is really appreciated. Angharad was great throughout - flexible, helpful and really responsive. Definitely recommend and huge thanks :-)

Really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and picturesque. Although hosts live on same block we only saw them when arriving or leaving. Driveway is narrow. Garden is virtually private for guests use and has great outlook over (up?) mountains and across stream, which provides a pleasant lullaby at night. Cottage provides all you need for a comfortable stay, except a washing machine, which wouldn't fit. However, Lisa did offer to run a wash through her machine for us if needed. Great place to stay for climbing, walking and enjoying Snowdonia. Comfortable for two, squeezy for four, unless you're really good friends! Lisa was very helpful and responsive to requests but did not intrude. She quickly changed the heating to suit us during a chilly couple of days. Good value and highly recommended.

We stayed here three for nights. It's a really nice traditional cottage, with modern features making for a very pleasent stay. Jason the host was very informative and was easily contactable if needed. The cottage is set within in a small, quiet hamlet of houses, and is a short, several minute drive to Bangor. We would definitely stay here again. Thank for a lovely stay.

We stayed here for a belated anniversary getaway and absolutely loved it! The cottage was exactly as described. It felt like a home away from home and the views were stunning. We wanted a break from the city and we got it! It was so peaceful. We loved having the log burner so we could get nice and cosy in the evenings playing board games. The cottage is close to lots of amazing walks, and not too far to drive to others. Belinda is a fantastic host. Before we arrived she sent loads of walk recommendations and clear instructions on how to find the place. There’s a handy booklet in the living room and lots of leaflets on things to do. We stopped to have a chat with Belinda and she’s so lovely. It’s obvious how much care is put into the place. Whilst we were sad to be leaving, we’re so glad we chose to stay here and we’ll definitely come back again. Thank you Belinda!

This is our third stay at the cottage and it never fails to delight us. It’s located in the perfect spot, a quiet area, but great access to various places on the island. There is a dog proof private field adjoining the property for our whippet to have a run around when she is in the mood. Also, the garden is dog proof too. Lovely views of the bay and some incredible sunsets. Pippa has put in bird feeders so if you are an avid bird watcher you won’t be disappointed. The cottage is well equipped, warm and cosy making you feel at home the minute you arrive. There is also a grassy area opposite the cottage where you can park your car if it’s too big to park in the drive. Although, make sure you don’t block the entrance to the field. Thank you Pippa for all the goodies you provided us when we arrived and for the great communication prior to our stay. We cannot wait to come back next year and explore further.

Down in a secluded valley, where your neighbours include ancient trees, a babbling brook and a hooting owl, there is a barn. This barn has been designed with the utmost care and attention drawing on natural and reclaimed materials. Light floods the space during the day and provides a comfortable, warm refuge from which you can watch the brooding clouds as they threaten you from up above the surrounding hills. At night you are plunged into a deep, natural darkness. The location is perfect for those seeking some degree of solitude or to be immersed in nature. Only a short drive delivers you into the heart of Snowdonia but there are countless miles to explore on the doorstep for those wanting to evade the crowds. Anna is a perfect host. You could go your entire stay without seeing her but if you need her, she's there. Anna and Andy are kind and interesting people and clearly love the space that they have created. I'm only grateful that they are willing to share it.

We had a very peaceful weekend in Anglesey and this cottage was the perfect base. The rooms were extremely clean and we were impressed at the amenities for guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Very quaint, charming and "bijoux" little cottage in picturesque setting! Lots of quirky furnishings and fittings, very well equipped, comfortable beds and nice touch of welcome gifts and quality toiletries. Great location away from, but near to, all local amenities. Friendly neighbours and attentive host. A beautiful little place to spend a few days enjoying nature and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. 👍

The cottage is lovely. The wild meadow garden is really good and great to sit and relax by. It was great to see the tawny owl as a regular visitor. All facilities in the cottage were great. The bed is massive and very comfy. Steve is a great host. He was very responsive to any questions asked. He’s very welcoming and approachable and very interested in making sure our visit was the best it could be. We are very interested in wildlife and Steve was very knowledgeable about all of it. He was able to guide us to places we had not seen before and what to look out for whilst we were there. The location is central so ideal for visiting any part of the island. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

A lovely cottage with plenty of space . We found everything we needed. Victoria is very helpful but we did not need any help, everything is perfectly clear and the detailed map for walks in Snowdonia was exactly what we were looping for.

Perfect location for a peaceful weekend away. The property is beautifully decorated and very cosy. Moelfre is a very quiet and idyllic village and the property is right next to the sea! We had a lovely time and enjoyed visiting some of the other beautiful spots that Anglesey has to offer. I would definitely recommend staying here, we loved it! 😊

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Man hat einen schönen Blick über die Landschaft. Die Lage ist ideal um Snowdonia zu erkunden. Mark ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber.

Großartiger Ort, großartige Vermieter*Innen, habe geschlafen wie Dornröschen. Ein Traum von kleinem Häuschen auf dem Land für alle, die eine ruhige, freundliche Umgebung in der wallisischen Landschaft suchen. Jederzeit wieder!
