Really enjoyed the stay at the Pollux Habibie Tower. There was a nightmarket right next to the apartment that is worth a visit!

the place is good, in the middle of the city. everywhere is close. places to eat bnyak around. for cheap car parking once 24 hours parking is only 10rbu different from other cities. it's just that if there are a lot of wild racing nights in the front of the apartment. so it's very disturbing the hours of sleep, the wifi happens to be not there at the time of my stay. for the cellular network is not so good, it's a bit difficult to contact by grabfood,or gofood if it's contacted by the driver. the bathroom is clean and spacious, but the water dumps are a bit clogged so long the water is receding. the overalls are good . Maybe when I go back to batam I'll stop by here.

Big, clean house with private washroom in every room. The place is much better than we expected, the house shown in the (Hidden by Airbnb) map is outdated. The place is about 5 mins from the center of the city, just the right place for travelers with transport, as the center of the city is very crowded and full of road blocks for the Chap Goh Mei parade. You may get stuck somewhere if the traffic blocked the road towards your stay. No worries on the insects/mosquitoes, the place is well kept and super clean. Communication with Lam is smooth, she communicates well in English. Many thanks to Lam who provide us great hospitality and cares during our stay in Singkawang. The single room has no air-cond, but Lam has installed all rooms with air-cond on the second day of our stay, with no extra charge. *very grateful~*

Even though the listing is new, the host did an excellent job making everything comfortable and well-arranged. He was very proactive and communicated clearly and responded to all our queries quickly. He has suggested some places to explore as well. We felt well taken care of throughout the stay.

The stay was great, easy to navigate using google maps. Although, there was a leak through the roof during heavy storm, other than that everything was accurate and safe. Hopefully the leak will be fixed. Overall, worth the money and quite easy to navigate through.

donny was a fantastic host.He was very helpful and friendly.He gave us some superb recommendations on where to eat,a place to shop and sights to see his apartment in the most convenient location ,also the hotel staff is very helpful.We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Donny 's home again. 祖籍厦门同安的Donny是非常友善的房东，他能說一口流利的中英文及潮闽語。公寓内有健身房及泳池，距市中心5分钟車程。酒店的員工都非常乐於助人比如打車等。
