Three pound small mouth bass are not uncommon and the monster's of fresh water fish, the musky, are plentiful. Add in walleyes, crappies, northern pike and this location is a fisherman's dream!

My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. We had a great time here! Charisse was very accommodating and responsive. The river front view was awesome and great fishing right off the dock. I actually caught a Musky for the first time in my life here which made my whole trip! The Kayaks were so much fun as well. Cozy and clean inside, would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Laura 's place. She had everything a family could want. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood and walkable to the Mosinee Brewery and River Park. It had a big, private backyard with patio, gas firepit and furniture. We felt right at home and Laura was responsive and very, warm and friendly. She genuinely wanted us to enjoy our visit and we did. I would certainly recommend her home and stay again.

The Chouse was an amazing space. We had an extended stay here and it was perfect for our needs. It was a great location for our family in Wausau and a perfect place to bring the grandkids over for the day. We had room to play games and do crafts. They loved the air hockey and Pac-Man games. We had several tournaments. We would highly recommended this place for a family gathering.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was very clean and well maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. My mom and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Sunset Suite. It was the perfect size for the two of us—cozy, spotless, and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The sunset views were stunning and created such a peaceful atmosphere. We especially appreciated Regan's thoughtful list of local spots to check out—it made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The reading nook was another highlight; it was such a cozy little corner to relax in. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d definitely love to return!
